We are really happy with our new windows and doors! The folks were super nice and polite during the whole thing. Even though there were a few bumps in the road, they went out of their way to fix everything. We would totally recommend Alenco! Awesome and truthful company!

The 2 guys who came to install my windows were real nice and they did a good job. They cleaned up everything and seemed like they were having a good time. I'm really happy with my windows! If I need more windows replaced, I'll definitely call Alenco to do it! Thanks, guys!

I had 6 windows instaled and one had been mismeasured so was smaller than it should of been. The installer faced it out satisfactorily, but the company insisted on ordering a custom replacement. I was told not to pay the balance due until that fix was accomplished. I paid them today. It was great working with the sales and craft and office people.

Alenco gave us a grate experience in making an important and expensive purchase. We were confident in *** initial presentation of the windows. *** came to the house for his assessment and was friendly and knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly and no mess at all. And the windows are grate. We especially like that those new screens make the view very clear. We are definitely happy with our windows and Alenco.

Alenco put in a new shower for us. The thing is awesome and we're super stoked about the quality of the installation job. Every single person we dealt with there was nice, polite, pro, and helpful. And, when we needed to chat with someone, they were always there. We hit a snag during the installation, but they handled it like champs and we're cool with how it got sorted. Construction & remodeling companies aren't known for keeping their word. Alenco seems different though. I was actually taken aback by how smooth everything went.

Amazin service! As a single mother, after our house fire, I didn't have anyone to help me. I had their windows installed in 2013! Their door and windows saved my kids' life. The fire never entered the home. The window eventually busted, door never did! My children could have been trapped. I searched and searched for this company again. Called and immediately my prayers were answered. Even though *** canceled me, I got the product I wanted and the service I needed. Maybe wasn't as quick as insurance company wanted, but my children are safe again with quality product! Allstate came through and insured me! Will never use another company but ALENCO!

I got a call from a call center after filling out an ad for a walk-in shower. The first caller was nice and efficient. She transferred me to the manager to confirm the appointment. While we were talking, I Googled the business and saw some not so good reviews. The supervisor came on the line to confirm the appointment. I mentioned the reviews and he made a dismissive comment, so I decided not to do business with them and hung up. Shortly after, I received a follow-up text asking when we wanted to start the project. It seems like if this is the company's attitude, it might be hard to fix any issues later on.

So happy with this decision :). Very thankful for *** my sales person and workers *** and *** who installed my windows (and *** and *** who installed previously) and *** for great communication. They were kind and genuine and did above and beyond work. An example of beyond work is that the encasement to my basement windows had rust, which they sanded and painted. And when they installed the front windows, they did it in such a way to give me peace of mind with another concern I had. Overall, they listened to my concerns and delivered top service and customer care. My work best friend *** recommended Alenco. She and her family researched window folks for months, and she's extremely diligent and eventually used them. It was her strong recommendation that had me look into them - and I'm very glad I did. Finally, my last comment, I am decluttering my house and have a few too many projects open :). Although my house is in a work in progress state, Alenco made sure that my windows didn't have to be. They are finished, they look lovely (almost like there isn't any glass), and I am happy at the noise reduction, and the house feels cooler (I have now turned it up two more degrees). I LOVE MY WINDOWS :)!

Alenco did roughly a $45k job on the exterior of my house. We redid windows and doors on the back side, all of the siding, and all new posts and railing on the front porch. At the same time we were having another company put on the roof. Alenco from the start was amazing. Their salesman Ron was absolutely fantastic and kept coming back over an over for more questions we had. Once we got the contract signed, they worked with me to make sure that we got the roof on first, as it was the preferred order. They did everything I needed and asked for with no concerns (put up internal trim with the doors, windows, and even hung new lights over the siding). They even let me fill up the rest of their trash trailer with old fencing I had to get rid of. 5/5 for my home and I would easily recommend them to friends and family again.
