WeFix-Appliance review: If you value your appliances, hire someone else!

One of the most incompetent companies I have ever worked with in my life. We called We Fix Appliances to address a small leak from our refrigerator's water dispenser. After the service call, we were quoted a $400+ repair and the tech cracked the inside of our refrigerator door frame. And the water dispenser now drips worse than before. After contacting the company and arguing with them, with the tech lying about the damage they caused, they agreed to replace the damaged frame cover. After waiting three days, they came to replace the cover. After inspecting the work, it appears that the cover is just a generic cover and it covers the internal button for the door, as well as the service access point for the refrigerator is covered permanently, meaning the port is completely inaccessible.

Bottomline is this company's techs will lie about the damage they cause, attempt to gaslight you into believing something was already broken, and will leave your appliance in worse shape than they found it. If you value your appliance, I highly recommend that you avoid We Fix Appliance at all costs.
