This company is a rip-off
This company is a rip-off. They quoted me $450 to fix a small part, which is way too expensive. I found other companies that charge half the price for both labor and parts. Don't waste your money with WeFix-Appliance, LLC.

I called WeFix-Appliance, LLC to fix my machine, but they didn't even try to diagnose the problem. They did offer to drain it for $75 though. I paid a $100 service fee, but they didn't do anything except try to collect more money. I never got a receipt from them either.

I was really happy with the service we got from WeFix-Appliance, LLC. They figured out what was probably wrong, ordered the part they needed, and said it would take 1-2 days to get it. They called back that night to schedule the repair for the next day. But when they got here, they found out we didn't actually need the new part - there was just a blockage in the system. They cleared it out, cleaned everything up, and now it's working like new. They took the part back and only charged us for the labor, which we thought was pretty fair. The service tech was awesome.

They took my device and did not pay me
They picked up my device on the 16 August 2023. We agreed on the price. They promised that it will be resolved in 5 days. I have been emailing them in a daily basis and they are not responding except for automated responses. They have not paid me but they have my device.. I will never deal with such unscrupulous people again. Please anyone if you need to trade in your device think twice … don’t use them. They will keep your device and your money. Only you are at a loss. But I will report them to the consumer council as well as hello Peter. Why do we have to run after them when they proved to be so unethical and liars.

However, I was disappointed with their service. They didn't even pull out the fridge to check the problem. They only read the temperature gauge and told me that it wasn't cold enough. I already knew that. They didn't want to put in the extra effort to move the fridge because it didn't have wheels. Instead, they listed every possible thing that could be wrong, which I already knew. I called them for a proper diagnostic, but they didn't provide it.
