This company is terrible. Don't trust those salespeople who come to your door. The sales lady, ***la, told us our payments would be 50 bucks, but she never gave us any paperwork to prove it. She promised to fix the problem with the credit company charging us 90, but she never did anything and stopped answering our calls. I feel so taken advantage of. She straight up lied and disappeared. I'm also trying to get my water softener serviced, but the "service" number they gave me just gave me another number. How is this company getting away with this? ***la in Antelope Valley and San Fernando, California is a liar, and so is Puronics. Her manager, ***, was also super rude and unhelpful.

Sales team: They were very professional, polite, and gave us detailed information about their product. They answered most of our questions. 5/5

Plumber: The plumber was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how the water softener process works and how to maintain it. 5/5

Electrician: The electrician was good. They didn't speak much English, but they were very polite and even took off their shoes in the house. 5/5

The only reason I gave it a 4 is because of what I heard others paying for their softener systems. I paid around *** for the middle tier series. They also included a separate system for alkaline water in the sink. They even gave me 5 years' worth of cleaning supplies with over 15 different scents to choose from. Plus, they provided a lifetime warranty and explained what it covers. They also promised to cover the costs of transporting and installing the system if I ever move. Since these systems are pretty durable, I thought it was a good solution for the price. But I'm curious about the difference between a water system and a water softener system because that seems to be the main selling point. The whole house, including showers and the washing machine, has filtered water.

Puronics tech, when they installed their RO filter, they took out our old under the counter filter by just cutting all the connections. Now, the filter and water faucet don't work anymore. We tried talking to the operations, sales, and customer support, but they haven't done anything to compensate us for the damage.

I got a water system put in more than two years back. They said they'd do maintenance during that time, but whenever I ring up the local office, the manager's secretary won't book an appointment. They say they're too busy and only have one plumber for maintenance. They won't honor the contract we signed.

I got a water softener from this company. For the last 2 months, my system has been making a rumbling noise and telling me on the screen to call a service number. I've called too many times to try and get it fixed, but I just keep getting passed around from distributor to distributor. It's gotten to the point where I'm being ignored. Today, my water bill came over 4 times what I usually pay because of this system, and I still can't get an answer. I want either my system to be removed or fixed, and I want to be reimbursed for 1. what I spent these last months paying for this system and 2. for the high water bill.

This is a new complaint from my previous ComplaintsBoard.com complaint #***. In the last complaint, Pur Aqua Solutions, who sold us the Puronics home water filtration system, went out of business without telling us (customers). We needed them to fix the system. Puronics set up a local dealer, *** Water (), to come to my house and fix the system. They did come. But now, shortly after, the system still has the SAME problem. The *** techs didn't fix the problem (if they did, the system wouldn't still be broken about 1 month after they came to our house). So, we want them to come back and finish the repair without charging us. We had a scheduled visit from *** for the continued repair on 7/16, but we canceled when we found out there's a charge. We don't mind paying for future service calls, but this problem is connected to my previous ComplaintsBoard.com complaint, and it hasn't been fully fixed.
