Tonal Tonal Home Gym Equipment Review: Waiting Game and Communication Issues

As a fitness enthusiast, I was excited to order the Tonal home gym equipment. While I've come across some rave reviews about the product, my experience hasn't been the best so far. Like many others, I'm still waiting for my equipment to arrive even after paying a considerable amount for installation. It's frustrating when you're all set to work out but can't do so due to reasons beyond your control.

One of the major issues that buyers like me have faced is the lack of communication and coordination between Tonal and their third-party vendor, Ryder. Even if we need more time for the contractor to set up the space, we can't get in touch with them. Neither can Tonal. This situation has me wondering if the issue lies with fulfilling orders or with the runaround on installation and delivery.

While I'm still optimistic about the product, it's disheartening to shell out such a significant amount for something that's yet to arrive. It's also disappointing to not receive any information on the definitive date of arrival. However, if you're okay with taking the risk and not having access to the equipment for a while, Tonal could work for you.

Despite my current disappointments, I'm hopeful that my experience will improve once I receive the equipment. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Tonal picks up their communication game and resolves the existing issues, making the customer buying and owning experience smoother and hassle-free.

Tonal Mixed Review: Great Machine, Disappointing Quality and Delivery Timelines

This machine is really great, I gotta say. When it works, it's amazing. The folks over at customer service are always super nice and quick to respond. The guys who came to install it were also really great. But, I gotta say, the quality of the product and the delivery timelines have been a bit of a letdown.

The first machine I got was a dud. The screen would randomly freeze, but I was still able to get a few workouts in and I really enjoyed it. It took about 4 weeks to get a replacement, which was a bit of a bummer. But then, the second machine didn't work at all. Again, the customer service people were really nice about it, but they told me it would take another 4 weeks to get a replacement. They also said that my priority for a replacement was different than for someone who was buying a new machine.

A friend of mine has had no issues with his machine and he loves it. So, I know that when I finally get one that works, I'll be really happy with it too. But, it's been a bit frustrating dealing with the quality issues and the long wait times for replacements.

Tonal Poor Customer Service and Delivery Experience with Tonal Fitness

Tonal was a big disappointment for me. When I received my order, it was broken and I had to wait for another 3 weeks to get a new one. I was really frustrated when the delivery was cancelled on me twice without any notice. I tried to contact Tonal multiple times, but it was not easy to get in touch with them. Finally, I was able to speak with someone and I had to demand reimbursement of shipping and delivery. It was really frustrating to have to call and jump through more hoops when I made no mistake in the first place. The customer service agent was not helpful at all and treated me like an idiot. They didn't understand that I had to take two days off for no show deliveries!

After all this, Tonal wouldn't offer me any additional compensation for all the hardship I had to go through. I asked for a few months of free membership, which would cost them nothing, but they refused. They were fine with me cancelling my order and losing a customer altogether. It's really disappointing to see that good customer service is hard to find these days.

Despite all these issues, I finally received a working Tonal and was able to install it. The product itself is great and I'm happy with it. However, the whole experience was really frustrating and I wouldn't recommend Tonal to anyone who values good customer service.

Tonal Poor Customer Service and Incompetence: My Disappointing Experience with Tonal

I recently had an experience with Tonal, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. My machine was received by their hub over a month ago, and since then, I have been trying to schedule an installation. I called their customer care team more than ten times, but every time I was told that they would call me back with an update, but they never did.

Finally, after much persistence, they gave me a date for installation and assured me that the installation team would call me the day before. However, they never called, and when I called to double-check the final time, I was told that I was not on the schedule. This was extremely frustrating as I had taken time off from work for the installation, and no one bothered to call me or update me.

I have records of emails and confirmations from both Tonal's customer care team and their installation partner, but it seems like their team is inefficient, unresponsive, and incompetent. This raises major concerns for me as a customer. If their team cannot even schedule an installation properly, how can I expect them to take care of me if something goes wrong with the machine?

Overall, my experience with Tonal has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. It seems like no one gives a crap about their customers, and that is simply unacceptable.

Tonal Tonal Machine Review: Amazing Product, Terrible Customer Service

machine and now I regret it. It's a shame that a company with such a great product can have such terrible customer service.

I mean, seriously, who wants to deal with a company that can't even keep track of their own payments? And don't even get me started on the language barrier. It's like they hired people who barely speak English just to save a few bucks. It's frustrating and disrespectful to customers who are paying top dollar for their product and services.

But let's talk about the product itself. The Tonal machine is amazing. It's like having a personal trainer in your own home. The workouts are challenging and effective, and the machine itself is sleek and modern. It's definitely worth the investment if you're serious about your fitness goals.

However, the monthly fee of $50 can add up over time. And if you ever need to move, be prepared to pay extra for Tonal to do it for you. It's a bit of a hassle, but it's worth it to keep your warranty intact.

Tonal Tonal Home Gym Review: Is It Worth the Investment?

If you're considering investing in a home gym, then the Tonal machine is certainly worth a look. It's incredibly versatile and essentially provides you with a comprehensive exercise center right in the comfort of your own home. Having said that, there are some drawbacks that make me feel a little bit torn about whether or not it really is worth the money.

One of the things that let the Tonal machine down is the limited range of accessories provided with it. Although it's a great machine in its own right, you do only get a basic starter kit, which means you may need to purchase additional equipment to get the most out of your workout. For example, the included bench is a flat bench, and while it's fine for certain exercises, it doesn't allow for incline, decline, or seated workouts. Consequently, you may need to buy an adjustable bench separately. Similarly, there are no ankle straps included, so if you're looking to do some leg workouts, you'll need to purchase those separately too. There also isn't a curl bar provided, which is another accessory that you may want to consider buying.

It's annoying that all of these extra accessories need to be purchased aftermarket, and I think it would have been much better if Tonal has provided some of these items as an extra incentive. When you're already spending a significant sum on a home exercise machine, you'd expect more comprehensive accessories bundled in. It wouldn't have taken much to make this a fully-fledged exercise center, but sadly, it's lacking.

Finally, the subscription service is also a sticking point for me. You're locked in for a year, and while I can see the benefits of having access to a comprehensive workout program, it's still frustrating to have such limited flexibility. On the whole, though, I do love the Tonal machine, and I think it's a great investment. I'm just disappointed that I had to invest in additional accessories to make it the perfect home gym.

Tonal Cautionary Review: Tonal Machine - Good Product, Horrendous Customer Service

I recently purchased a Tonal machine from tonal.com and at first, I was thrilled with my purchase. However, after a few weeks of use, I started to notice some issues that I felt were not justified given the high cost of the machine. After much consideration, I decided to return it on 12/5/2022. The third-party installer came to pick up the machine on 12/12/2022, but to my dismay, I have yet to receive a refund as of 12/30/2022. Every time I call customer service, they tell me that they have not received confirmation from the third-party movers that they have the machine. Meanwhile, I am still being billed for my $50 a month Tonal membership fee, even though I no longer have the machine. They assured me that they would cancel my membership and issue a refund for the past 10 days, but I have received nothing. In fact, when I called today, I was told that my membership was still active! It's frustrating to say the least.

While the Tonal machine itself is good, I would caution anyone who is considering purchasing it. If you have any doubts about whether or not you will love it, don't waste your time or money. The customer service is horrendous and it's not worth the hassle. I could go on and on about the issues I've had with Tonal, but suffice it to say that I would not recommend it to anyone.

Tonal Tonal Review: Great Machine, Terrible Customer Service - Beware of Delivery and Installation Issues

Just checked out the new Tonal location in Indy and Lawrence was awesome in showing me how to use the machine. I was so ready to buy it right then and there, but then this lady came up and started talking about how she was having trouble scheduling a delivery and was thinking about cancelling her order to buy a Mirror instead. She said people are willing to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery, but they're not willing to deal with any nonsense when it comes to installation. I totally get it - if she can't get her machine when the warehouse is only 30 minutes away, how am I supposed to get mine when I move home and the installers are 5 hours away? That's a lot of money to spend with no customer service to back it up.

It's too bad that Tonal doesn't handle the entire process - if their customer service is that bad before I even make a purchase, then I have no choice but to look elsewhere. I really wanted to own this machine because it's perfect for my needs, but I can't justify spending that kind of money with no recourse if something goes wrong. It's funny that none of the other reviews I've seen have mentioned this issue - is Tonal filtering them before they get posted? I hope they get this handled soon because it's really disappointing to see such a great product fall short in the customer service department.

Tonal Tonal Review: Lack of Support Makes This "Premium" Product Not Worth It

So, I recently got my Tonal installed and I was really excited to start using it. I mean, who wouldn't be? It's a whole gym in one machine! I started getting into a routine and was seeing some real results. But then, disaster struck.

One day, in the middle of a set, my left arm started clicking like crazy. It was like I had pressed the button to rotate it or something. And then, to make matters worse, the arm actually unlocked and started swinging around. I was in the middle of a rep and the weight was still engaged, so you can imagine how dangerous that was. My arm and shoulder were in a really bad spot for a second there.

I immediately called customer support and thought I was scheduling a tech to come out. But it's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything. No updates, no phone calls, no emails, nothing. I've been repeatedly asking for any kind of update at all, but it's like they don't even care.

Honestly, this is not a premium product. And it's definitely not premium service. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone until they get drastically better product support. I mean, I'm going to have to start completely over in my workout program if/when they finally get back out here to fix it. And to make matters worse, they're still charging me for the monthly subscription even though I can't even use it!

Overall, I'm really disappointed with Tonal. It had so much potential, but the lack of support is just unacceptable. If you're thinking about getting one, I would definitely think twice.

Tonal Disappointing experience with Tonal home gym system: long delays and poor communication

When I initially ordered my Tonal, I had high expectations for what this home gym system would be able to offer me. Unfortunately, my experience with the company has been far from positive. Despite making payment for my Tonal, I have yet to receive my order or have it installed at my home. I received several notifications about my delivery date, but none of them came to fruition. The most recent notification indicated that my Tonal would be shipped during the current week, but I have not heard an update since then.

Due to the repeated delays and lack of communication, I find myself losing faith in Tonal's ability to produce and deliver their products on time. It is disheartening that I have received such poor customer service compared to other fitness equipment companies I have purchased from. For example, my Peloton bike was delivered promptly, and the mirror I ordered for my daughter from Austin was met with excellent customer service and delivery timing.

The lack of communication from Tonal is also very disappointing. Despite receiving countless emails and advertisements about Tonal, I have been given short, one-sentence answers when trying to inquire further about my order status. As a paying customer, I deserve to be kept in the loop about my order and any possible delays or reasons for delay. Currently, the only information I have is that my order is still in a processing status - which is unacceptable given the amount of time it has been since my initial order.

Furthermore, I find it unreasonable to be paying for equipment that I do not yet have in my possession. It would be much more reasonable for Tonal to only deduct payment from my account once the product has been dispatched and confirmed to be on its way to me.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Tonal. While I was initially excited about the prospect of this home gym system, the long delays and poor communication from the company have left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

Tonal Tonal Review: Impressive Tech, Disappointing Customer Service

Don't let the sleek design and impressive technology of Tonal fool you - when it comes to their customer experience, this company falls far short. As someone who recently went through the process of ordering, installing, and ultimately removing a unit, I can attest that it was a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal that spanned a staggering 167 days.

Despite multiple efforts to reach out to the CMO directly via LinkedIn message, as well as over 10 emails to their support team, I sadly found myself repeatedly ignored and unable to get any real answers or support for my concerns. Worse still, Tonal held almost $4500 of my hard-earned money since July 5th, leaving me feeling both financially and emotionally drained by the entire experience.

Ultimately, I cannot in good faith recommend Tonal to anyone looking to invest in a home gym setup. While the product itself may be an impressive piece of technology, the lackluster customer service and poor communication from the company make it clear that they simply do not care about creating a positive experience for their customers. If you're looking for a company that truly values your business and puts your needs first, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Tonal Tonal: Poor Customer Service and Disappointing Experience

It is with sad and unfortunate remarks that I attempt to share my experience with Tonal (tonal.com) as a potential customer. In all honesty, I was really excited to get one of their machines after I had read several great reviews about it. However, the experience I had leaves me with nothing but a negative opinion about their company, customer service, and overall ethos.

I went through weeks of arguing with their customer service, who seemed to have misplaced priorities when it came to their business dealings. Instead of providing simple assistance on where and how to have their product installed in my home, they presented me with seemingly arbitrary restrictions and decisions based on how my house was built. This led to a prolonged and highly frustrating experience that made me reconsider my choice of purchasing their product.

The frustrating part of this saga is that calls made to supervisors went unanswered and my issues were left unresolved. It seemed to me that this was a clear indication of a customer service department that was not interested in creating loyal relationships with their clients. As a result, I had to wave the white flag and give up on purchasing one of their products.

Having said that, I did not regret my decision because I had minused their reliability in handling customer’s issues. Moreover, it seems like I am not alone in this since other customers have reported experiences similar to mine, which for a company promising so much, is a total letdown. Overall, my experience with Tonal was poor and disjointed, and I sincerely hope they take into account the feedback given by their previous customers and work toward rectifying their flaw to improve their customer service and restore faith in the minds of potential customers.

Tonal Tonal Delay: Disappointing Customer Service and Delivery Issues

I ordered Tonal, the latest fitness equipment sensation, from tonal.com two months ago with much excitement and anticipation. However, I am still waiting to actually receive the product and start benefiting from its amazing features. To make matters worse, I have reached out to customer care several times regarding the delay and there has been no response, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored.

Furthermore, I understand that I am not the only one in this situation. It appears that others who have purchased Tonal through retailer Ryder are also facing similar challenges. It is disheartening that despite reaching out to both Tonal and Ryder for assistance, no one seems to care enough to respond and provide a clear update regarding the delivery of this much-hyped equipment.

Moreover, even if you are lucky enough to schedule an install date, there seems to be no guarantee that it will actually go smoothly. Based on previous reviews, I have read, there is still a high probability of delivery and/or installation delays, adding further frustration to an already stressful situation.

Therefore, as a potential buyer, it is essential that you make an informed decision. While the Tonal may be an exceptional product, the company's lack of transparency and communication raises concerns about their commitment to customer service. If you decide to purchase Tonal, be aware that you may be waiting for a long time without any assurances.

Tonal My Unfortunate Experience with Tonal: Do Not Invest Your Time and Money

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Tonal, and I must urge others to be wary of investing their time and money with this company. After waiting four months for the machine to arrive, I was given a delivery date, only to wind up disappointed with a no-show. From there, I had to deal with constant rescheduling attempts on their end, occurring four times in one month! Ultimately, I was left with no choice but to cancel my order.

As a consumer, I cannot in good conscience recommend Tonal. Their lack of communication and poor customer service has left me with a sour taste in my mouth, and I have never had such a frustrating experience with an online purchase. Even if it's something you are interested in, it's crucial to do your research and think twice about investing in Tonal.

Tonal Tonal Review: Beware of Fraudulent Practices and Discriminatory Attitudes

In today's world, we often come across those companies that claim to provide exceptional services, and one such company that we came across is Tonal. But, unfortunately, our experience with them was not up to the mark, and we advise all the buyers to be aware of their fraudulent practices.

Initially, Tonal offered us all the lucrative deals and promises that made us purchase their services, but soon after, everything started to go wrong. First of all, their customer care executives were quite inept at solving our queries and resolving our issues. Moreover, the supervisors were hardly available to take our calls or answer our emails. It felt like they have gone dark and did not care about our issues and grievances.

Furthermore, we would like to bring to light the discriminatory practices by Tonal against the Jewish community. We have personally felt the brunt of this discrimination. They treated us like second-class citizens and did not resolve our queries on time. It was quite a disturbing experience.

Moreover, if you belong to the LGBTQ community, then you might not want to purchase their services at all. As soon as we informed them of our sexual orientation, we were immediately blacklisted. Our order was canceled without any reason, and any subsequent calls were immediately dropped. It was quite hurtful and showed the company's lack of empathy and understanding towards the LGBTQ community.

In conclusion, we would like all the readers to stay away from Tonal and save yourself from the mental agony and harassment that we faced. Their discriminatory practices and poor customer care services left us with a bitter taste, and we advise all our fellow buyers to be extra cautious in dealing with them.

Tonal Nightmare Experience with Tonal: Delayed Deliveries and Poor Customer Service

I recently decided to invest in a new piece of workout equipment and after doing some research, I settled on Tonal. However, I have to admit that my experience with this company has been anything but smooth sailing. While I've had no issues purchasing a Peloton and a Hydro in the past, ordering the Tonal has been an absolute nightmare.

First of all, my delivery was delayed not once, not twice, but three times. It was incredibly frustrating to have to rearrange my schedule multiple times to accommodate the delivery, only to have it pushed back every single time. And when the equipment finally did arrive, I was informed that it couldn't be installed due to problems with the studs.

This was on December 29th, and I was told I needed to do a stud build-out. While I was able to get that taken care of within three days and even sent them pictures as proof, I still haven't received my delivery as of January 22nd. And despite my countless calls and emails trying to get answers from Tonal, I've yet to get a straight answer from them. Not only is this incredibly frustrating, but I'm also being charged for equipment I don't even have yet.

While I had high hopes for Tonal, I have to say that my experience with this company has been bush league at best. I hope they can get their act together soon and start providing better customer service and communication.
