I gotta say, WebsiteDezk was way better than I thought they'd be. They were super upfront and honest with me the whole time, and they kept me in the loop with what was going on with my site. They weren't afraid to tell me what they thought would make it better, either. I really liked that they were so real with me, and they really cared about making my site look and work great. I'd definitely tell anyone who needs a website to go to WebsiteDezk. They're the real deal.
This company is no good
This company is no good. They say they can make you a website for a price on ***. You fill out a form and they call you. Then they send you an email with a price and some websites they say they made. But I checked and those websites don't know them. They're lying! The email has a link to pay but you can't use PayPal or anything like that. The person on the phone said I had a special deal but the email said I had 45 days to pay. They kept calling me to hurry up and pay. Someone with a weird voice called me too and said they were checking on the first call. I looked them up and found a video about them stealing information. Don't use them!

When I asked for pictures of Etsy shops they designed, *** (or whatever his name is) sent me random pictures of shops on Etsy designed by other people. They lie about everything and can't come up with anything their company has done. *** told me fake stories to gain my trust and sympathy. They scammed me for *** and cleaned out my account. I'm a senior citizen trying to start a little business for myself. *** is not an honest person. Don't use this company, they will scam you. They are scammers, be careful.

I'm part of a small horse club called Inland Empire *** (IEHJA). We hired Website Dezk in April 20,2022 to update our website. They said it would be easy peasy and work with our existing web host and domain provider. But then they said we had to buy a $400/month maintenance service to make it work. I complained and they said they'd fix it, but then they stopped answering my calls and emails. This happened like 5 or 6 times. I asked for a refund but they keep ignoring me. They said they'd give me a refund but they haven't yet. I can't find any info about them being a real business and their address looks like an apartment building. I'm so mad and want to sue them for fraud. They owe me $1500 for not doing what they said they would and another $1500 for all the business we lost because of their bad website and not being able to talk to our customers. Plus, I'm super annoyed.
