The team at Merchant Source Incorporated worked very hard to get me the funding I needed, at a price that didn't put me further in the hole. Their hard work proved there are still great companies out there willing to help the little guy stand up when we stumble. Merchant Source Incorporated at Merchant Source is awesome! He's one of those rare individuals who actually does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. I really appreciate that. He was with me every step of the way, providing the support I needed even as one lender kept moving the goal posts. Merchant Source Incorporated has always been there for my business. I have been working with them and Merchant Source for years, I never had any issues, I am beyond grateful and only had good experiences. Merchant Source goes above and beyond for me, she never disappoints. I have been mislead by many broker companies and got myself into a lot of bad situations, with horrible companies, who ripped me off and costed me a fortune. Merchant Source was able to get me better options and clean up my damage, and get me into a plan more sustainable for my business. Trust me ask for Merchant Source, you wont regret it!

I see quite a few negative reviews here, and that causes me some concern. But my experience with Annie has been very positive, and even enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable, communicated very well, kept her word as to what she would do, and was incredibly pleasant. The loan arrangement is not what I would like, but that is on me for being in the position I find myself. To this point, I am very pleased, and I am glad to be working with Annie

Warning to small business owners! Merchant Source is a horrible broker THEY WILL LIE TO GET YOU TO SIGN! They're sales person Keith got me the funds I needed right away no complaints there. He also promised me a line of credit after a few months. A few months later of good payment history I call him for the line of credit. He says can't do it right now I will refinance you and get you some more cash in a couple of months you'll have your line of credit but if you need any more capital I can get it. A month later I need more capital or the line of credit. Keith straight up refuses to take my call, every time I call him he is in a meeting and will return my call. He never returns my call I have to call everyday for over a week before I get a chance to talk to him. When I do get a hold of him he says send me bank statements and you'll hear from me by the end of the day. Never happens it's been over a month since I last sent him the information I am still waiting for his call back. I have given up. Once you sign up with Merchant Source that rep is your only rep no one else will help you I tried. If your sales rep won't take your calls you are on your own no other reps will touch your file I tried. Before I got involved with them I checked the ComplaintsBoard.com they had a decent rating well its wrong I imagine they pay for good reviews I wish paid attention to the few bad ones I saw. So in summary I hope this helps some small business out there pick a decent direct lender and not a *** broker like this one. Also Merchant Source you don't need to bother responding to this or calling me because I'm done with your company and *** customer service your rep couldn't call me back anytime so don't you bother either! You don't even deserve the one star review I gave you -5 Stars.
