I just want to warn people against the absolute pathetic service I have received from webafrica I have reported this bad installation over a month ago till today I have not received a single call or a technician to sort it out. I have been using the WhatsApp (absolute pain) communication channel and multiple agents have said someone will call me to sort it out. My issue has been escalated according to a mail sent yet still no reaction. I refused to pay my monthly payment and im being contacted almost daily to make URGENT PAYMENT yet I must be happy with crap service. I have requested them to come remove their instructions then they said I need to give a month notice plus pay R999 cancelation fee as ifim at fault. This is the worst service I have ever come across. The fact that you cant call them to speak to someone is even more frustrating! 😡 It looks like my house is being held together by pvc pypes and fiber cables... How can one be proud of this?

Recommendation: Avoid webafrica at all cost

You’re being hounded for urgent payments while they provide subpar service. And now they’re trying to hit you with a cancellation fee and a month’s notice? That’s a joke. They should be bending over backward to fix their mistakes, not penalizing you for their incompetence.

It’s time to go public with this. Use social media to call out Web Africa Networks. Tag them and let everyone know about their terrible service and lack of response. Demand that they take immediate action to fix the installation or remove their equipment without any additional fees. Stay vocal and relentless. You deserve proper service and respect, and it’s time they deliver.

They are doing the same to me, a new service they couldn't get work for over 2 months, I cancelled the service and asked for all my money back, they paid me back and than slapped me with a R1000 cancellation fee.

I really wish I had done a bit of research myself before getting myself connected with these people. the support is nothing short of A P P A L L I N G, Being in IT support myself makes it worse dealing with this level of cluelessness... YOH! mine latest struggle is getting them to release my line after cancelling 7 days ago... but till now I cannot move on. I have taken it upon myself that I will ensure that everyone I know, including the end-users I'M currently supporting; to. NEVER even attempt to join Webafrica
