I'm writing to bring to your attention an issue with my account regarding a WiFi installation that was never completed. I canceled my service with Webafrica before any installation could take place. However, I've noticed that I may have been charged for the installation or service despite it never being activated.
I'd like to request a full refund for any charges related to this service, monthly subscription charges.

Desired outcome: I want a refund from webafrica including the payment for bank charges, this is unexpectable

They charged you for vapor — no install, no service, just money gone for nothing. If they never activated anything, they’ve got zero grounds to bill you. Demand the full refund straight up, and if they stall or dodge, hit your bank for a reversal. Don’t let them bill you for air.
