Walmart honor advertised prices

I ordered an item online for store pickup and two days later, it was cancelled. They took back my items and refunded the price paid. They said they did it due to a pricing error. I asked if I had already picked up the items, if they would come to my home to retrieve them but that question was not answered. So in summary, the Walmart chat supervisor said they will not honor the price paid.

Walmart gingerbread train kit

I purchases the gingerbread train building kit for my daughter and come to find out there was a live mouse in the box! In the back of my SUV there is pieces of shredded box from it eating it's way out of the box! We put traps down and caught it! I am so grossed out from this! Then the store acts like it's no big deal when I take it back! There was a mouse in my car and now mouse poop all over my child's car seat! Ugh! So grossed out and unhappy!

The amaunt of calls that you get after answer ing some of the questions they are annoing also when you buy adeal like books i have a consumer thet is still sending books th and isat i have not ordered iand is real bad they keep charging my credit card for books that ihave sent back as of today bad situation thas why i have not being able to fi nish any of the rewards that im entitle to

Walmart a&w small beverage drinks

My name is Elizabeth Suter and I live at 278 Fir Lane Berryville AR, 72616. I buy the smaller 8 pack of A&W beverages. They are the perfect size for me. My husband came home from Walmart yesterday and I was so disappointed. All of the bottles were only half ful! He didn't notice it when he bought it, but he shouldn't have to have looked closely at it. It was purchased at Walmart in Berryville AR and the cost without tax is $3.50. There is only 1 Walmart here. I took a picture of both the pop and the receipt and will be happy to provide it if necessary . But I don't see any way that I can send attachments in this forum. I love A & W root beer but this is so disappointing! Neither my husband nor I wanted to drive 12 miles back to exchange or obtain a refund.what I would like is not necessarily a refund, but another 8 pack.

Walmart the yogurt case

There was a dead fly in the yogurt case about a week ago i understood that could happen well a week later same fly is smeared all over and they have restocked sense then and obviously have not cleaned it, i took pics of it cause it really grossed me out, same department also never roatates anything i have had to return yogurt at least 5 times in the last few months, i normaly love this store but latley this drpartment is not up to par, sorry for the complaint but i would really like to buy food here knowing the shelfs are clean and not growing bacteria from dead bugs, thank you

Walmart online order cancelled without cause

I placed an order online for a Huawei P20 Pro $789 only to have it cancelled without cause siting my "credit card information was invalid" but upon checking my online banking and discussing with my bank- the charge was put through. As soon as I received the cancellation notice I went back online to see the price for exact same phone had gone up by $400. Spoke to customer service twice and was simply told my refund would process in 3-5 business days and by all means go order again and pay by credit card and someone should adjust the cost back to the $789. They would not pass me through to a supervisor. Sent email complaint and got scripted response telling me refund will process in 3-5 days with no resolution as to how I might actually purchase phone at $789 price.

Walmart $1,000 reward to walmart

I have completed everything they ask still have not gotten to the end probably 99% I ordered three items instead of two still not letting me finish and collect. I have spent at least an hour trying to get this done I do not want to think that you guys are scammers I need someone to help me finish this process you guys should have a 800 number associated with this so people do not have to go through this you have my phone number please have someone call me if you are a legitimate company please

Walmart vision center

I had terrible experience with a Vision Center in Allentown PA. The receptionists just sat there and did nothing. There was a trainee there who had no training. I was there for almost 3 hours before I could leave. They did pre-tests on me but people kept coming back and disturbing us so we would have to start the tests all over again. Receptionist kept yelling at me I was blinking. The eye doctor was super creepy. He was yelling at me because I wouldn't guess the letters. I couldn't see the letters at all. When I went to pick out frames, nobody would help me. They kept staring at their phones. When I went to pick up my glasses, they didn't even check to make sure they fit. I kept kept telling her the nose piece was too tight and she said. I can't do anything about that. Got so bad I can't even wear them. My ears are burning, my nose is red hot from the nose piece. I'll never go here again. Worse customer service, worst receptionists ever.

Walmart online order I never received

I placed order number [protected] on September 26, 2018. Totalling $120.48, one full length chenille robe and one full length robe. I was supposed to receive it by October 5, 2018. I've contacted customer 4 times with no help. The tracking remains the same since they said the order shipped. Either get my order to me or cancel it and return my money

Walmart $1000 walmart gift card

I completed 1 silver deal and purchased something. And I completed 1 gold deal and purchased something, then purchased another ad for shipping savings. Then after gold purchase the same ads came up I already purchased and I couldn't get to another screen. I did what the survey asked and bought two subscriptions. I expect that your company will honor the guidelines and award me my $1000.00 Walmart gift card as ad said. Please respond quickly as I want to use gift card tomorrow on black Friday.

Walmart tan winter coat

I have been a Wal-Mart customer for years. I have been buying Faded Glory products for as long as I can remember, but the winter coat I bought, I didn't even have it 1yr and the zipper will not zip up anymore. I'm very disappointed with this because I love this coat. I am an advide faded glory fan, and I would like you to replace my winter coat if you can do that for me please.

Walmart huggies size 2

I brought a box of huggies size 2 Mickey mouse an other characters an wen I opened up the box the diapers inside were a size 1 an they say it on the diapers. I have been buying huggies for years and never have open a box that's the wrong size . I couldn't return them because My baby was out of diapers that's why I buy ahead to have them. Can i be compensated for the mistake I paid for a size 2 an got a 1. I threw the receipt away by accident.

Walmart your website to order on

This is not the first time I have tried to order and couldn't . I ended up ordering from Amazon.
I have been trying to order for my son who lives in another state. When I go to place order it should come up a page of pick up or ship. It does that but another page comes up in front of it of the order. Not letting you see or be able to click on what you want the continue button shows a little at the botton and you click on that and nothing happens. So I can't order.

Walmart store remodel

This store was remodeled recently which is ok
Problem is some of the aisles are to narrow like a one way only. The main one is the dog treat aisle. Everyone who has a dog will go into this aisle but there is no room. I have complained and I feel that Wal-Mart does not care. People get rude when you are in there way. But you have no place to turn around you can only back up

I will be buying my dog treats somewhere else.

Walmart cnb computers

I purchased a computer from you through CNB computers, after numerous complaints to them about the computer and a cc to your company complaining about their lack of response and assistance, they sent out UPS to pick up the computer without telling me that they were going to issue an RMA! I had already taken the defective item back to my local store, which was very happy and compliant to take it back. Walmart inoperable and unsafe wheelchair and electric carts

Walmart at 2324 S New Hope Road Gastonia, NC 28054 only has two electric carts and two wheelchairs with baskets. They do not keep the electric carts charged and are often sitting, not plugged in, with a dead battery. The also do not check the wheelchairs with baskets to ensure they are operable and have all the parts. The two wheelchairs have one foot rest on each of them which makes it not only uncomfortable but dangerous and leaves room for injury. I have complained to their corporate office but it has fallen on deaf ears. I have talked to the managers on duty on both occasions that I had an issue but they were not willing to help or get the equipment fixed. My family member needs this equipment to shop due to a stroke and a hip and knee replacement. Whether intentional or not, If this is a form of discrimination due to the fact that a permanant or temporary handicapped individual or an elderly person does not have the same opportunity to independently shop as others do. If Walmart is going to provide this equipment, the company and employees should be responsible enough to inspect the equipment for safety and operability.

Walmart savings catcher

When you changed the method to register your receipts you have made it impossible for me to continue with the rewards program. Everyone does not have a smart phone or does want Walmart to dictate the way they are paying for their purchases. I will no longer be shopping at Walmart. I know just one person complaining doesn't worry a big corporation but this really is unfair.

Walmart great value double zipper gallon food bags

the entire box has a hole in each bag (at the seam) as if it never got sealed good at the factory. Walmart unethical behavior

This happend quite some months ago. I complained on walmart costumer service and never got any information or resolve. I reported on phone and by website.

This happened last year late november. I had a bad experienc in store. i rung myself out at self checkout. Then I went to the return counter because a dvd that was on sale rung up higher than the sticker. I was told it didn't matter if the signs were wrong, that they were not honoring it. Charged regular price for left over blackfriday stuff that was still in sale boxes with stickers. After leaving costumer service I went to exit. I looked for my reciept and could not find it. I was told I could not leave. Which I don't think is legal. I told the where I checked out and to visit costumer service or call because I just walked away where I returned something with todays receipt.

I was made to feel like a criminal and told I couldn't leave the store because I'd misplaced my receipt. I was asked for my credit card number. No other options were given to me. I told them I was sick and needed to go but they ignored me. Many people walked past showing no reciept which three people were called over to "help" me. I was offered no way to leave the store and was told I couldn't. I went to the costumer service and the woman who was called up (i believe was a manager) I always see her hanging around the office...told me feel free to return the stuff...because it wasnt like I was getting money for it. I returned my things and also discovered my receipt. I returned my 40 items and left with my money. No apology or anything. I also the next week spent 15 mintues waiting for a manager to talk to about the issue. Nothing.
