We been at waffle house on hwy 80 for approximately 15 mins and haven't even been asked what we would like to drink yet .they refuse to answer the phone piss poor attitude they apparently don't care about the customers because the house keeping is terrible and well I've been typing this while I wait to order and I still haven't done that so how do we resolve this situation?

Desired outcome: Free meal at least
