Waffle House review: Sausage, egg and cheese hashbrown bowl and customer service

The customer service was horrible. I stood in front of one staff member she never greeted me she just processed receipts and called the manager over to assist her. The manager never greeted me or asked if I had been helped either. They were both Caucasian women. The only one that helped me was an African American woman and I am African American by the way. I asked for extra sausage in my hash brown bowl this was a to go order and my sausage was burned and I could not eat parts of my meal. I am highly disappointed.
