Waffle House review: Cleanliness

I went to the waffle house in greensboro nc on big tree way. I saw a long black hair on the counter. I told an associate. A young girl, I couldnt see her name tag.. She wasnt wearing a mask so I didnt break the distancing regulations. She looked at it and walked outside to set out front. She made no attempt to clean the air or remove the hair. I waited for a few minutes and nobody cleaned the area. It was obvious the the hair had been there for awhile.
The health department needs to investigate the cleanliness of the business
