Waffle House review: A cook that has bad customer service

I really don't know if this will do any good, I am one of the few that goes to waffle house every day. I am there every evening, I'm single and I love waffle house. I live in Weatherford Texas, And on 5/19/2021 I was there around 7:30 pm. There is a group of four that sits in the back corner a man that is in the wheelchair, and his wife and two older men. they don't seem to bother anyone, the lady is a little needy, but the wait staff seems to really like them. I sat there and watched them while I was waiting on my food, The cook doesn't seem to like them because it took 20 min for them to get their coffee the waitress Katy went to go over there to give them their coffee and the cook Valery went and tried to stop her. The young man at that table said something to the cook but the cook was just plain rude to them, I'm in there all the time and she doesn't like someone she will run them out of there. Her food is great but her attitude is awful. She is running well-paying customers off. I'm going to try I hope I can't take watching someone treat her customers badly. Because one day that could be me and it's not right. I asked the waitress if they cause trouble and she said no they leave good tips it's just Valery doesn't like the needy person that asked for melted butter in a cup for her waffles. You know. I know they would not complain to anyone but I will really be surprised if they come back. I don't know them But I do know that if someone doesn't address this then you're going to lose a lot of good business and be left with a lot of crappy business.
