We have no record or documentation of ever contracting with Vonage for services, but we're getting billed anyway.
As you can see from the other complaints, actually connecting with customer service or receiving a reply from Vonage is as rare as a Bigfoot sighting.
When you finally do connect, you're given a menu that eventually takes you NOWHERE.
And the Collection Agency does not have any contact information to assist in resolving the contested items.
So...I guess we'll have to see who blinks first.
Recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
