In the few months we have had Vonage our insurance agency has had a multitude of problems. We are not getting the service we are paying for, and we have lost business and money due to the excessive issues. Customer service is almost nonexistent. I have spent hours on the phone, in text and emails trying to resolve issues with no end in sight. we are currently looking for a different phone provider for our agency!
Recommendation: DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH VONAGE!!!!
