My name is Sal Lagunas, I’m the owner of the 2016 XC90 Volvo vehicle that’s been serviced at your dealership starting on Aug 06/2025 for a 70,000 mile service, as your service advisor Matthew Silva requested, even though the vehicle current mileage was 66,456 at the time of drop off. I agreed, for the purpose of making sure the family vehicle is running properly.
As you are aware my vehicle hasn’t been working properly since the turbocharged was replaced as per your notes turbo is leaking. Turbo is also causing the oil to build up intentionally and oil was found within the breather hose of the oil trap.
I am not a professional certified mechanic like your team is, but I believe that when you replace the turbo, there was not a thorough inspection or clean out of the leak oil which is causing my vehicle to shake and misfire., not to mention the engine light came on again. Your team has replace multiple parts and now it has occurred again. It’s been in and out 3 times already, this Friday Sep 26/2025 was the last time. The team has been very professional with this matter by providing a loaner vehicle but I don’t have the time to be dropping off and swapping cars. I have to miss work tomorrow to drop off my vehicle again.
Please you need to fix this issue and I will need a loaner vehicle again which this will make it the 4th time.
