Volkswagen of Streetsboro

I purchased a used 2018 BMW 430i on 5/29 from Tamara C. She had shown me the inspection paperwork for the car and told me they had put new wheels on it since the old wheels did not pass their inspection. I specifically asked if Run Flat tires were put on the car and she said of course, this is standard. I did not double check tires or paperwork and took her word for it. I went for scheduled maintenance to the BMW dealership a month later and was told they were not Run Flat tires. I called Tamara and I told her about the situation and she said she would talk to her manager and get back to me. Did not hear back that day so I called the dealership to speak with her the following day and they said she was with a customer and would call me back. No call back, called again the next day with the same answer. I have called for 5 out of the last 6 days and have either been hung up on or sent to voicemail with no return call. This is also a safety concern - if I had gotten a flat tire before I knew the standard Run Flat tires were not on the car and thought I could continue driving on it, it could have become a big issue. If I was told Run Flat tires were not put on the car initially when asked, i would have been fine with the tires.
