If i could give zero stars i would.

Brought my car in last fall for service. My issue isnt mechanically. It is with the management . Will polanco, the service manager. My truck was damaged in the parking lot which is way to small. They gave zero [censored]s about my vehicle. After discovering damage i had service writer come out to assess the damage. He assured me that service manager would contact me asap. That never happened. My calls went unreturned by this incompetent manager. The only way to speak to him is to go sit there and wait for him to eventually show his face.

Truck was eventually aent to be repaired. Came back worse then it left. Went back to body shop 2nd time. Comes back just as bad. This dealership, will polanco. And their body shop destroyed my truck and now wont make good on it. Truck has ceramic coating which i told them must not be waxed so what did they do, waxed it with machine screwing up whole coating which will polanco refuses to make good on. He wants me to return it to his flunky bodyshop which he must get a kickback from to reapply.

I have camly tried since the fall to rectify this situation but do to the incompetent service manager will polanco i will be bashing him and this company on social media and filing a claim in court for the damage to my truck

do not use empire ram, jeep for any service if u value your vehicle
