On 10/29 Me and my fiance was purchasing a Vehicle from Webb Chevrolet. We decided to purchase a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. We were given a price $10.400 which brought down to $9.892.00. plus sales tax and title. We also decided to purchase a $2.000 extented Protective insurance. We had a purchase agreement of $14.000. we put $8.000 down so our amount to be finance for $6.000. when I got my contract the sale of the car was, Cash Price 12.889 plus tax and title $1.581 plus Doc Fee $300 Plus Protective Warranty $2000. This was not what was on the purchase agreement. To my failure I sign the contract. When I tried to challenge the extra two thousand plus dollars I wS told 4 different things. I told it was daily finance charges, taxes, A scuff and Paint protection plan that I never agreed on or was told about. Why would I haggle over the sales price to pay for an extra $2.700 dollars or more. I purchased the car and the next day the engine light came on. Webb Chevrolet replace the catalyst Converter. While getting my Vehicle serviced i decided to take the opportunity to resolve the amount with the Finance Officer Miguel who directed me to the Sales manager Christopher Irving for which I tried to talk to on the phone and I was needed returned a call and now I catch reached him by phone. I had to pay for a tune up $328.00 Alternator and Battery. $769.00 Within 29 days of Owning this car. I am retired on a fixed income and I explained that to the Salesman but I was living in a world of a man's trust and straight forward honesty. The Extended Warranty insurance might pay for the Alternator. This was of me haggling with the Price of the Vehicle because of the age of the Vehicle and I knew there would be repairs needed. I was treated very nice by some other Staff members during my repair of the converter so I am not speaking of the whole Webb Chevrolet bout certain I digital Staff members at Webb Chevrolet. It was a very bad and awful experience.
