Having issues with your VW contact the COO directly at: johan.[protected]@vw.com.

Dont expect any help from this man. IMO, he was very dishonest, harassed me by calling me at 12:30am and when I answered the phone, he hung up on me. He made several false promises as well. He absolutely did NOTHING to help me. Lastly, they offered "GOODWILL" offer that would have cost me $10, 000 out of pocket! This is a brand new Tiguan... He stated something similar to it was a fair and reasonable offer. The COO literally stated this to me. How does he have a job?

IMO, This is a person abusing his so called power. Absolutely disgusting. Entire experience w VW of America has been absolutely awful!
