Vodacom review: upgrade incomplete

On 25 September I agreed to upgrade my business contract by a contractor Neil Subramoney. I was supposed to receive a new Note 10+ and a watch included. The main reason I agreed to the contract was the watch, and to my endless frustration the phone arrived, with no watch. AFter several inquiries I was simply told there is no stock, ETA 2020 I dont get updated on progress and it is now 3 1/2 months and no update. I have spoken to the supervisor, Rochelle, but there is no joy.
