My son's phone was stolen (was misplaced) he found his phone two days after I phoned Vodacom to blacklist his phone I did complete the form to un-blacklis his phone emails was send someone phoned me from Vodacom saying it was unblacklist but still was not done - this is from July it is now September? The phone number is 0823274632 I've been with Vodacom for many years and not a very happy customer he still can't phone or receive calls . when will this be sorted ?
