Vodacom review: fibre

My name is Prince Abraham, I applied for vodacom Fibre early December. They only managed to do installation on the 6th of January. Since installation my Fibre have never worked. I have been making a lot of calls to 0821904 and I have not been getting positive response, funny enough I received a statement that I am supposed to pay R749 for January. I have never used your services and your call center agents are very unprofessional. They was a time when they sent someone to look at my connection and the guy said he was going to come back the following day, he never called or anything. I tried to cancel the derive and use other serious providers and I was told it can only be done after 30 days. I am highly disappointed with your service.
