Vodacom review: contract not being approved

I have applied for 2 contracts on 29/11/2019 which was a black friday special.Paperwork was signed on this date at vodacom pavilion Durban.Upon various queries I was informed on the 09/12/2019 that the application process passed the period that the special was running and I must now settle for normal price.I had to cancel my previous contract with telkom to port my number only to be told the Vodacom Will not stand by their word.its my opinion that the application period was deliberately delayed so the date passes the special period.this Shud not matter as the date I signed the contract Shud be all that matters...pls resolve...contact [protected]
