Sales rep pushy to sell "Calf skin" bags. I purchased and attempted to return within the hour and they refused "NO REFUND" policy. I took the bags to the local leather shop in business for 40 years they stated that the bags are not "Calf skin or leather" but cheap vinyl. They were sold to me under false pretense but since the description on the receipt did not include the words calfskin, I have no recourse. I am thus filing a complaint with BBB as well as Caesar's Palace where the store is located as retail space in the hotel but not owned by the hotel.
