Snaz75.com Snaz75.com Review: A Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service and Low-Quality Products

I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty bad experience with Snaz75.com. I mean, I was really excited to get my hands on a new pair of shoes, but boy was I disappointed. First off, their return policy is a total joke. I mean, I get it, they gotta make money, but come on! I ended up having to pay $20 just to try on a pair of shoes that didn't even fit me. And when I tried to get some help from their customer service, they were no help at all. All they cared about was getting more money out of me. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

And don't even get me started on the product itself. It was a total joke. I mean, I've bought shoes online before, and I know they can be hit or miss, but these were just terrible. They were poorly made and didn't even look like the picture on the website. I was so disappointed.

Overall, I would definitely say that Snaz75.com is a money-making scam. They don't care about their customers, and their products are a total joke. Save your money and go somewhere else. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.

I would rate zero stars if I could, even negative. I cannot express in stars alone how terrible gusto is, please do not subject your employees to this companies terrible practices. When I started my new job, I had changed career fields for health reasons. My health was declining from long COVID and my previous job was difficult, demanding, and often involved less than hygienic conditions. All that said, I needed to continue having health insurance. My new job offered benefits right away, so I had no reason to sign up for COBRA. GUSTO, in their own incompetence, filed my application wrong. Instead of a new employee/life event application, gusto submitted it as an open enrollment application, outside of the proper time frame. Because of this, my application was denied. During this 5 month process to get health coverage, I had multiple asthma attacks at home and could not afford emergency care due to lack of coverage. Gusto almost killed me. My life, almost ended, because of gusto. Even when they finally fixed their own mistake, they still continued to s*** me over. They forced me to pay for back-coverage for the 5 months I was uninsured due to their mistake. They also did not tell me this before I signed up the second time, the pricing was withheld from me. Because of this I agreed to a more expensive plan than I would have, had I known I would be in thousands of dollars of debt due to gusto's mistake. Long story short, gusto almost killed me and continues to push their thumb on me and will have me in debt until next August. They need to be out of business, they are a dangerously incompetent company dealing with services that are necessary to sustain life. My job is a good job, but had I known gusto would almost kill me and indebt me, I would not have taken the job.

Gusto should be prosecuted for fraud, in my opinion, except that deep in the fine print is language subjecting you to whatever price changes they want. Take your time and read the fine print, and be aware that they will do everything they "allow" themselves to. Within 2 years, I was being billed 500% of what I was quoted in my plan. This was accomplished by a mandatory "upgrade" to the "premium" plan without any notification bringing my charge from $8 per employee to $38. Just criminal that a company like this can exist in this day and age.

Never used the service signed up canceled a day later bc it wasnt actually what my business needed. 2 years later theyre still charging by business checking $35 randomly and their reasoning is because terms changed

As an employee I have had no issues with Gusto. Picking insurance and seeing my insurance was straight forward. I have never had to reach out to customer service, so I cannot speak to that. Very straight forward accessing all your information, tax info, and business info. Now as a business owner I am using Gusto. Very easy to cancel payroll if you made a mistake and resubmit. Pricing has stayed the same so far. I understand that increases need to take place over the years. I also keep getting calls from Gusto checking in with me to see if I need any help. I really love that, and it makes me feel that they are there for me. I would give a 4.5 if I could. They lose .5 stars due to technical issues. I see that sometimes cute or frustrating pig walking a mile on occasion. Sometimes I have to log out and log back in or just wait a hour and come back for a page to load. Does not happen often, but I dont cruise around payroll, I need it to work when I need it to work.

Snaz75.com Beware of Hidden Brokerage Fees on Snaz75.com - My Disappointing Experience

I recently made a purchase on Snaz75.com and spent almost $300 on an outfit. At first, everything seemed to be going well. The tracking information was accurate and the delivery was fast. However, when the package arrived, I was hit with an unexpected surprise. The brokerage fees were a whopping $60! I was shocked because there was no mention of these fees when I made my purchase.

I have ordered more expensive items from other companies before and the brokerage fees were always less than a third of what I paid on Snaz75.com. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I would not recommend ordering from this website because it is not worth the extra fees. If I had known about these ridiculous fees, I could have purchased the same item from another company for less.

Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience on Snaz75.com. The unexpected fees were a huge disappointment and I would caution others to be aware of them before making a purchase.

So, I was looking for a specific pair of shoes on Snaz75.com and I had to send them an email to see if they had it in my size and color. I waited for a few days and didn't hear back from them. I was really disappointed because it was such a simple request and they should have known about their inventory. It made me wonder how long it would take them to fix an issue with an order if they couldn't even respond to a simple email. I decided not to make a purchase from them because of this.

I'm not a professional dancer, but I do love to wear shoes that make me feel like one! That's why I always turn to Snaz75.com for my shoe needs. The prices are always the lowest I can find, and they have all the information I need to make an informed purchase, like the heel size and other important details.

Their inventory is amazing too! I can always find the perfect pair of shoes for any occasion. And when I place an order, it usually arrives pretty quickly. However, there have been a few times when I've ordered something that was out of stock, and I didn't find out until a couple of days later. That can be frustrating, but it hasn't happened too often.

Snaz75.com Unhelpful Customer Service and No Exchange Policy at Snaz75.com

So, I got these boots from Snaz75.com as a gift, but they were too small and not my style. I tried to call customer service, but apparently they don't take calls (now I know why!). So, I sent an email and got a response back apologizing that it had been over 7 days since I received the boots, and they couldn't do anything about it. I mean, come on! They were a gift, and I had no control over it. All I wanted was an exchange, not a return, but they still said no.

I'm giving them a chance to make things right before I take to social media. I'm a pretty vocal person, and I don't want to waste my time badmouthing Snaz75.com, but if that's what it takes to get them to do the right thing, then so be it. It's just frustrating that they won't even consider an exchange, especially since the boots are still in perfect condition. I guess I'll just have to find another way to get rid of them.

Snaz75.com Unacceptable Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with Snaz75

I recently had an experience with Snaz75 that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a pair of boots from their website, and unfortunately, they started falling apart before I even had a chance to wear them out. Naturally, I reached out to their customer service team to see if they could help me out.

To my surprise, I was asked to send photos of the boots not once, not twice, but three times before they could even open them. I've never had this kind of trouble with sending photos before, so I was already feeling a bit annoyed. But that was just the beginning.

When the customer service team finally did see the photos, they told me that it had been 90 days since I made the purchase and therefore they couldn't help me. This was simply not true, as I had evidence of the purchase and ship dates that proved otherwise. But when I tried to explain this to them, I received no response.

To make matters worse, there is no way to actually speak to someone on the phone at Snaz75. When you call, all you get is a voicemail and no one ever returns your call. This lack of communication and customer service is simply unacceptable.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Snaz75. While they may have some nice items on their website, the headache and frustration that comes with dealing with their customer service team simply isn't worth it. In fact, I would go so far as to say that these people are nothing but thieves. Save yourself the trouble and buy from somewhere else.

Snaz75.com Unsatisfactory Return Policy: My Experience with Snaz75.com

This website, Snaz75.com, has a return policy that is quite different from what I'm used to. They charge a 15% restocking fee and you have to pay for shipping both ways if you need to return something. I recently ordered a pair of shoes from them and unfortunately, they sent me the wrong size. I ordered a wide and the box said 9M. I had to return the shoes and after all was said and done, I ended up losing about $20. I only spent $40 on the shoes and didn't get anything in return for the incorrect size. They did offer me store credit, but I didn't want that option. Why would I want to purchase from a site that doesn't seem to care about their customers?

I think Snaz75.com needs to update their return policy to be more in line with other online shopping sites. It's common knowledge that not everything will be a perfect fit, so offering free return shipping would be a great way to show their customers that they care. I would not recommend buying from this site until they make some changes to their return policy.

Snaz75.com Disappointing Experience with Snaz75.com: Unreliable Customer Service and Broken Promises

So, I was browsing Snaz75.com for a new pair of high heel shoes back in January. I decided to contact the company via email and was connected with a woman named Sarah. We exchanged a few emails and she informed me that the shoes I was interested in would be in stock by February. However, when I checked back in February, they were still not available. I reached out to Sarah again and she told me to wait until the end of the month. I waited patiently for a couple of weeks, but the shoes were still not in stock. Sarah then told me to wait until the end of March. Finally, the shoes were in stock and I placed my order.

However, my excitement was short-lived as I received an email from the company stating that my order was on backorder and had been cancelled. I was extremely disappointed with this company and felt like I had wasted my time waiting for them. I requested a refund and was told that it would be processed. However, when I checked my bank statement, the payment had already been cleared.

If this company chooses not to refund me, I will be forced to take legal action against them. I would not recommend Snaz75.com to anyone. Their customer service is lacking and their promises are not kept. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Snaz75.com Unimpressed with Snaz75.com: Missing Item and Poor Service

So, I got this email about sales for Snaz75.com and it jogged my memory about an order I placed with them a few years ago. I'm the type of person who keeps all of my important emails, including ones for payments, so I was able to pull up my order history. As it turns out, I never received some of the items I ordered. Looking back, I must've been really busy at the time because I didn't even notice.

I found an email exchange between me and a person named Sarah from Snaz75.com. Apparently, the items I ordered were out of stock or unavailable, and Sarah offered me 10% off my next purchase. I replied back saying I'd rather have a refund, but then Sarah sent me another email saying the item would ship and I wouldn't have to pay for shipping. I never received the item and totally forgot about it until now.

I messaged Snaz75.com today, years later, about the missing item. For the record, I never received a tracking number or any confirmation of shipping. I don't care how big or small a company is, I won't let them get away with poor service and taking my money.

Overall, I'm not too impressed with my experience with Snaz75.com. It's frustrating to not receive items I paid for, and even more frustrating to have to chase down a missing item years later. I'm not sure if I'll be shopping with them again in the future.

Snaz75.com Unacceptable Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with Snaz75.com

I recently had a frustrating experience with Snaz75.com. I wanted to order a gift for a friend's birthday, but the website wouldn't allow me to have the package sent directly to her. I was disappointed that the company seemed to be segregating individuals and regular customers, and bending the rules of online purchases to make things difficult for me.

To make matters worse, I had previously ordered a schoolgirl outfit from the site, but they only shipped part of the order. They sent me an opened, tampered-with item that was clearly second-hand. I was extremely unhappy with this, and now they're telling me I can't get any of the clothing items I picked out when I visited out-of-state with a long-distance friend.

I feel like Snaz75.com is more interested in playing games and telling lies than in providing good customer service. I'm so angry that I'm considering taking legal action against them. I think they need to be investigated for their shady practices and negligence.

It's especially frustrating because my friend spent over $350 on sexy clothes for me, and now I can't even get my gift because of Snaz75.com's unexpected change of policy. It's absolutely absurd and preposterous!

When I tried to place my order, I received a message saying that as a new customer, the company's policy requires orders to be shipped to a verified billing address only. They needed to ship to the billing address that my credit card issuer had on file. My order was placed on hold until I confirmed that the billing address was acceptable.

I understand that companies have policies in place to protect themselves, but I feel like Snaz75.com is taking things too far. I hope they'll reconsider their approach and start treating their customers with more respect.

I bought a few things from Snaz75.com and everything was fine until I got a pair of shoes that didn't fit me. I was really disappointed when I found out that they don't cover the cost of returning items and they even charge a restocking fee. I think it's really unfair, especially since I've been a loyal customer for a while now. I don't think I'll be shopping there again. The customer service manager, Sarah, was not helpful at all. I was really disappointed with the way they handled my issue. It's a shame because I really liked the other things I bought from them. I just wish they had better policies for returns and exchanges.
