Not received goods
I placed an order for ink cartridges on 13th may and received email on 15th to say my order has been despatched but so far not received it. I am not getting any replies to the contact form that they ask you to fill in.
I have used this company on several occasions in the past with no problems so I'm now very disappointed.
Have they closed down or just scammers?
Desired outcome: I would like a refund as had to buy from elsewhere and an explanation of what's gone wrong.
printer cartridge supply
I have been really pleased with the products and service of this company for a good number of years.
However, I have emailed twice recently with a request in relation to cartridges that I have spare after my old printer packed in. (I had just bought the cartridges. I was unable to purchase a replacement printer which took the same cartridges. I asked if, under these circumstances, I could exchange them for some other cartridges which would work with my new printer.) Unfortunately, I have been really disappointed by the fact that nobody has had the courtesy to reply.
As a result, I will be reluctantly taking my custom elsewhere.
Ink Cartridges
AVOID ink2u cartridges. Substandard faulty cartridges. Not to be trusted with their sales talk and website. Their cartridges are a complete wate of time, you will only have to return them, and wait months for a refund. Avoid ink2u.co.uk
I ordered a colour cartridge. They sent a black and white one and have ignored any attempt to contact them
Don't touch them. They only sent me half my order and charged me for the full order. I have emailed them numourous times without the decency of a reply from them. I have also sent them a recorded letter which they have also ignored. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to loose this money. It is obvious that they do not have a conscience ripping people off that can ill afford it.
I have reported them to my bank, trading standards, fasthosts, and Google. All that was quick and easy to do. Solicitor next. If they take your money, but don't deliver and not bother to reply to emails I suggest you do the same.
From Ink2U UK, Complaint number 1 is a complaint that was made by a person that doesnt even exist on our database lol Nice try
And the subsequent two allegations are related to a company of no connection in the USA. Well done for your excellent website which spreads false information.
ORDERED 6 CARTRIDGES, THRU MAZON, FIRST ONE OK, 2ND ONE LARGE BLACK LINES OF INK ON SHEETS. RETURNED TO AMAZON, RECEIVED 8.82 REFUND, BUT POSTAGE=$5.65, =3.17 NET. I DID REQUEST A REPLACEMENT FOR BAD ONE, BUT AMAZON DOESN'T DO THAT. I prefer a replacement cartridge. Now I I have FOUR more cratridges, and not sure how they will work. Should have receved replacement. MOM, ILlinois
Ink2u have cheated me too ! They have sent me a faulty carteidge and refused to send a refund or replacement. They ignore complaints. Never buy from them !
