So, I was really excited to order some china from Fine Brand Sales. They said it would be delivered in 7-10 days, which was perfect because I needed it for a special occasion. I gave them all my credit card info and waited for my order to arrive.

But then, I got another email from them asking for more money! Can you believe it? They said my china would take 3 whole months to arrive. I was so disappointed and frustrated.

I definitely won't be ordering from Fine Brand Sales again. It's just not worth the hassle and the wait. I would recommend finding another company to order from if you want your china in a timely manner.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Fine Brand Sales. We put down our deposit and ordered our product way back on July 11th, 2021, and it's now January 1st, 2022, and we still haven't received anything. It's been a real struggle to get in touch with anyone at the company to figure out what's going on. I mean, what more can you say? It's just not a good look.

Honestly, I'm starting to feel like we might never get our order. It's frustrating because we were really excited about this product and now it feels like we've just been left hanging. I'm not sure what to do at this point, but I'm definitely considering pursuing a return of our deposit and maybe even reporting Fine Brand Sales to the Better Business Bureau.

I just wish there was better communication from the company. It's hard to feel like a valued customer when you can't even get a straight answer about when your order might arrive. I understand that things can get delayed, but it would be nice to have some transparency about what's going on.
