I made an order on finebrandsales.com on January 28, 2018. Unfortunately, the last item in my order wasn't shipped until July 24, 2018. I had to send them many emails to remind them about my order. The service was very disappointing. The person I contacted was not apologetic at all. When I received my items, they were not in their original boxes as the website had indicated. I was very disappointed with my experience and I would recommend avoiding this website at all costs.

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with Fine Brand Sales. I was looking for a fancy dinnerware set and stumbled upon their website.
