Ordered expedited Sunday. Wednesday was told they would submit electronically the following day (thursday... Not even done). I paid extra fees for all of this and am told processing from the city of detroit is 45 days?!?!?!?!? Lies! Wayne county and the city of detroit are not that backed up. I called and after being on hold one hour and 10 minutes, was forced to give up. Tyhis business is not bettter business bureau accredited (and for reasons obvious to me k=now.) run far away from this horrendous company. Don not share personal information with them. It will probably be sold to a foreign criminal.

Recommendation: CALL YOUR RECORD HOLDER DIRECTLY. THIS COMPANY IS NO HELP AND A SCAM.
