promised to change dates, but never did
I am extremely disappointed with www.virginaustralia.com. Used their service for a couple of times and everything was fine, but my last experience was terrible. I have purchased a gift voucher and when I received it the expiry date was wrong! It was valid till January 2016. I immediately contacted the company and they said it was their mistake and promised to fix it. It is now March and they didn't fix anything yet! When I call them they claim everything will be fine and etc.! Is it so hard to change dates? Because of them I was not able to buy some cheap tickets and missed all the great discounts. Well, I hope they'll fix this.

Is anyone know the head office email address for complaint? I wrote email to customer care but no one follows up my complain about really bad attitude of reservation hotline staff. I would like to make a complain to head office. Please help.

This was as the result of poor time management by Virgin m'tnce staff, errors on the part of Virgin baggage handlers and an apparent partnership that would appear not to exist. We seek compensation for our loss.
