Virgin Active South Africa review: atrocious service

Atrocious! Absolutely Atrocious!
My daughter damaged her knee training, shortly after joining Virgin Active Cresta - so much so that she had to be carried out of the facility, an operation was needed to repair the knee.
After the incident, we informed the Cresta branch that we would like to cancel the contract as shd was too sore to continue!
More than a year later, we were informed that we were being handed over because of non-payment.
More than 15 phone calls, 20 emails and a tremendous amount of stress later, we believe the issue has been resolved - and the contract cancelled.
Alas, this is not the case...
We have been handed over for debt collection for R3500...
Absolutely atrocious!
