It was easy to make an appointment with Zoom. The service technician, Marcus ***, was friendly and knowledgeable. We had two clogged sinks that needed snaking. The price was comparable to what has been paid by friends using other services. Two techs arrived and both wore masks without being asked. I would recommend Zoom to anyone in need of fixing clogged pipes.

and *** arrived on time, rolled up their sleeves, and set a plan to diagnose and solve our problem. Along the way, they told us what they were doing and why. It seems they found the cause of our issue and resolved it. They cleaned up and left our home in good shape. I hope we don't have to ever call them again, but if we DO have a drain back up again, I'm calling Zoom Drain.

Our service tech was Joe G. and he was awesome! He was thorough in his diagnosis and finding of the main line clog and it's removal as well as finding an even more long turn problem (tree roots growing through outside section of sewer pipe. Price was for task performed not by the hour which was much appreciated. I definitely recommend Zoom Drain and especially Joe! Thanks again Zoom Drain!

I had an extremely unexpected and unpleasant occurance in my rental property that needed immediate attention, I called *** and within 30 minutes my call was logged and Drew and his partner were at my doorstep they were clean, consice and super informative. He had my situation remedied in under an hour. The service was spectacular and the pricing was more than reasonable. I couldnt be happier.

My experience with Zoom drain was amazing. Both tech's entered my house with the utmost respect of my new floors and also wearing mask to protect each other as they are out all day long on different work calls. The process was very professional and quick. I have had experiences with other companies in Portland which I will not mention, that delivered far less service. With that said if I could give them 10 star rating I would.

Aside from a scheduling miscue that was rectified by putting me first on the schedule for the next day, the service call went great. *** was great to work with and kept me updated every step of the way. Once he took care of the original clog, he discovered a grease buildup in the line that would have been a major problem in the future, so with my permission he took care of it. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

very satisified with service provided by technician ***. needed outside discharge line cleared out, was frozen. *** was able to arrive that day and quickly diagnosed problem and solution. had to go back to shop and pick up needed tools and supplies. stayed in *** returned promptly. finished a tough job in a couple of hours. was happy with his *** and courteous manner. would definitely recommend for any job.

& *** (sp) were two of the best techs I've seen from any business. Their efficiency and professionalism is bar none. They checked out what the problem was with the pipe after they cleared a 6 day old jam in the *** pipe. They explained, in detail, what their recommendations would be. We now have a great sense of security knowing that this company is out there, should we need them again. We also can not say enough about ***, in the office, who was able to send us the help. "

Wow! *** was great. Called to say he was running late and arrived in 25 minutes as promised.He explained what he was going to do to clear our blockage and did it. He also explained steps we might take to prevent future backups, and although this was the first backup of this kind in 10 years, his recommendations would alleviate a future problem.*** was friendly and professional in every respect. He wore a mask and booties, and cleaned up afterwards. He made an unpleasant experience pleasant.

Our technician, ***, came out and listened to us describe the problem and ran a few tests. He suggested what he thought to be a partial blockage in the inlet into our septic tank. He dug up the septic tank (much deeper than expected) and was spot on with his judgement. He was able to clear up the inlet and suggested having it pumped to clear away all the junk that had built up. *** also gave us tips on better septic management. It was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. *** was communicative, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Tech. was there earlier than expected, which was great. Very pleasant. Looked over things and gave me options and prices. Ended up having 32 feet of plugged main cast iron and terracotta tile drain line. Had to go to extremes with high pressure water jet to get it cleared, but it cleared. Tech. never lost his cool, and showed me on pipe camera after clearing what was probably causing the clog over years. Going to upgrade drain to plastic pipe in near future to be hopefully rid of this ongoing problem. Tech. was very professional and I highly recommend ZOOM DRAIN.

This was a major job of replacing our sewer line from the street. *** was on top of it from the start and kept me abreast of their progress. The weather cooperated and everyone took advantage of it. The outside work progressed and the street was buttoned up on schedule. An unforeseen line issue under the foundation was identified and addressed. Tomorrows' am concrete finish will get the basement cleaner than when they arrived. Which will be typical.We are hoping the minor damage to the neighbor's lawn will heal or be repaired.Thanks guys and here's hoping to not need you too soon.Stay well

After a terrible experience with local plumber which left us with no functioning sewer outlet from the house , James M from Zoom Drain saved the day. James was extremely courteous , dedicated and very knowledgeable . His " don't give up trying " attitude to solve our sewer problems was more than recommendable. Although we have a bigger issue in front of us to fully remedy the situation , we can still live in our house with the comfort of knowing that our basement would not be full of sewer water or spouting up into the living areas. Thank you James for everything you did on May 23. Hopefully we will see you again for our future project.

Shaun arrived at our door wearing a mask and booties ready to go to work. He was very personable and after reviewing our problem he quoted a price to resolve it. Once underway he discovered that the recommended fix would only be temporary as our pipes were much more blocked than anticipated. A proper fix would cost an additional $100 and though I was leery about the added fee, he explained very clearly the benefit. Once given the okay, he worked tirelessly for hours to effect the repair. Once the task was completed you could sense that he was more than satisfied with the work he had done and confident that we would be satisfied also. We think he did a great job and certainly represents Zoomdrain in a very positive manner. He should be "Employee of the Month"

I had an unusual emergency and Zoom Drain came out and were able to help me. But that wasn't all! They took the time to explain the HUGE problem to me multiple times and then went above and beyond to fix it.*** was my "guy." *** deserves a raise! He was at my house from 1:30pm until 5pm, on one of the hottest days of the year. He is amazing. He took the time to help me (even though I was a basket case), and then, ohmygod, fixed everything. And not just fixed it, but he...gack! Powered through stuff I can't even begin to describe! A thankless job! We still have to get an engineer out here to begin fixing the source of the problem, but *** is even helping us with that! It may be a h*** of a situation, but Zoom Drain and specifically *** made it the best of a truly [censored] situation!

I do not know where to begin to express my gratitude for the service, expertise and professionalism that was shown to me by Drew. He arrived not only on time, but early and I am so impressed with his diagnostic skills and work ethic. I feel he has very successfully diagnosed my water issue in the cellar through the use of a camera and then flushing out the existing system as well as another drain. He was very careful to explain that this may not be a 100% solution and I thoroughly understand why due to the age of existing systems but I am very optimistic that I will see some significant improvement. We also discussed the possibility of another procedure that might serve to be proactive in keeping the water at bay and he is going to give me a quote. The cost for the service I received was incredibly fair and for someone living on a pension it was a welcome relief. I feel so blessed to have found this company yesterday when I googled best plumbing businesses and am so grateful that you were able to give me an appointment the very next day! Kudos to Drew and the receptionist I talked with yesterday, she also was so kind and helpful.

So, I had a Zoom Drain dude come to my crib on April 22, 2022, 'cause my basement was flooded with water. He checked out my sewer with a camera and said it was messed up and needed to be replaced for $15-18K. But he wouldn't clean it out unless I signed some paper saying I wouldn't sue if he messed it up more. I wasn't down with either of those options, so I told him I'd think about it. Next week, I called another company who cleaned out some tree roots and said my sewer was fine. It only cost me $650. The Zoom Drain guy didn't know what he was doing and caused me a ton of stress by trying to sell me something I didn't need. I want my $390 back 'cause it was a waste of money. The dude was nice, but the company should train their peeps better.
