Read about our experience and then compare to the many other very similar complaints. This is a horrible pattern, not an isolated bad experience. If referred by Parker and Sons, stop and get a 2nd opinion, they are owned under the same company umbrella and have a gravy train referral system. If Homeowner’s insurance is involved, look elsewhere. They made the job much bigger and more expensive than it needed to be because they knew they would get paid. Where they messed up was when they damaged a seal when pulling out our vanity during demolition. It resulted in a moderate volume second leak, filling a huge plastic bag placed by Dry Force with about 10 gallons of water in a week, requiring Dry Force to come out a second time to dry everything out, again, before the restoration team could come in. Parker and Sons came back, documented that the damage occurred during demolition, and replaced the damaged line, charging us $400 for a job that we were later told would have only been $40 by Restoration Pros. Since the damage was not related to the initial sewer line problem, Homeowners denied covering the $400 charge. Dry Force refuses to pay for it. Over three weeks our problem has escalated up to the top, Pete, the GM. He is unarguably the rudest individual at the company. After dodging us for days, during a phone call with my wife, Pete was speaking over her and not allowing a conversation to take place and she became frustrated. He told her she “needs to speak like a grown woman”. In the same phone call, he said “Can I speak to your mother”. I am shocked that the GM of a company can be so blatantly disrespectful, not to mention sexist. My wife had to hang up the phone after that. I called him within three minutes and his receptionist said “He is not in the office today”. I told her I was the husband of the woman he was just speaking to. She sheepishly said “Oh. Just one moment”. After being on hold for less than a minute, she came back to tell me that he had just left. Sure he did. The owner of Renovate Pros, Mike (who is a stud and the first thing he said to us was “I’m really sorry you are going through this”), said he has a relationship with Pete, and he will speak to him. As of yesterday, Mike had tried calling Pete three times with no answer or call back. I have called a total of three times and he is “not in the office today, he has meetings”, each time. I have been transferred to his voicemail every time, where I have left him calm messages. In the last message I told him I would give him until today or I would have no choice but to warn others with an honest review and file a complaint with the ROC. You can’t treat people this way.

I wanna give a shoutout to my tech, ***, she did an amazing job! She explained everything real good. This company is awesome, I totally recommend 'em.

Worst company ever. They started the job and never finished. They never returned my calls or the claim adjuster's calls or emails. A month later, my doors and walls are torn down. But they want to be paid for the mess they created.

Had a terrible experience with this company. They scammed me out of $2000 and didn't solve any of my actual problems. I felt like they took advantage of me. It's a shame that this business scams honest, hardworking people.

Dry Force is the absolute worst, most untrustworthy company out there. At first, they gave me a quote of 1800 bucks, but then it magically skyrocketed to a whopping 3500. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they ended up causing even more damage to my home. They were supposed to help prevent mold, but guess what? Mold still appeared. On top of that, they messed up my walls and cabinets. They had the audacity to tell me that if I didn't use insurance, it would be cheaper. Well, surprise, surprise, that was a big fat lie. These guys have zero integrity, and I seriously hope nobody ever has to rely on them in an emergency.

I really like Dry Force's customer service and how they take care of their customers. *** was an amazing certified technician and he was really patient with our landlord. He waited for 5 hours to finish the payment process. He was really understanding and supportive of my wife's condition (she's 9 months pregnant) and he explained the situation perfectly.

So, I had this guy come over to check out the water damage in my whole house. Few days later, three people show up, then just leave without saying anything. They left my dryer outside and my gate wide open (I've got four dogs, you know?). Later on, my landlord calls me up, saying that they called her and claimed I have a METH LAB in my house. I immediately invite her over to prove that I'm just a hardworking engineering student pulling all-nighters for finals. We had a good laugh and decided to go with another company that doesn't lie to get out of doing their job. Seriously, to accuse me of that even after they checked out my little 2 bedroom house... Your company is a complete joke.

We've been without a washer and dryer for 3 days cuz of a leak and with 6 kids it ain't a fun situation to be in. *** and *** came out to check on the damage and unfortunately, still found moisture present. They let us know we would need two more days of drying and as soon as they saw the panic on my face of two more days without a washer and dryer, they immediately offered to bring the machines in from the garage and get 'em hooked up for us. *** and *** went above and beyond to help! They were friendly, efficient, and worked real hard! To me, their extra effort made a huge impact and took a major burden of stress off my shoulders.

There ain't enough stars to show how much I appreciate Dry Force. We had a real bummer of a sewer drain leak (with loads of mold), and I gotta say, I was blown away when the estimator, ***, showed up at 8pm. *** broke it all down for us, answered all our questions (and boy, does he know his stuff!) and was real professional and friendly, which is a big help when you're stressed out! *** even called me this morning to keep me in the loop about what's next. Today, we had *** and *** come over to start tearing things down. They were both real pros, walked me through the whole process, and put my mind at ease. I was shocked when I went downstairs and saw how clean and precise they taped off the section in our living room/spare bedroom. I gotta say, I'm mighty impressed with those hard workers! Whoever's in charge of hiring at Dry Force, you sure know how to pick 'em with ***, ***, and ***. Thanks a bunch, *** and
