I hit up Baney Construction & Restoration, Inc. after my buddy hooked me up with their info. I also hit them up at the last minute 'cause I totally forgot about the deadline for the hail storm stuff. But man, *** got right on it and handled everything like a boss. He kept me in the loop the whole time, even going above and beyond by sending me pics and info to match the house colors when I couldn't be there. He went the extra mile at every step, and I was stoked to keep his sign in my yard 'cause he went above and beyond. Super happy with the whole deal.

Baney replaced my roof, gutters, and window wraps 'bout six months ago. They left debris all over my yard, took forever to fix their mistakes, and now I got water damage. They say no guarantee on the ice shield they installed. So unprofessional, man. They left shingles stickin' out over the edge by like an inch and only covered half the edge with ice stuff. Baney uses the worst method ever for roofers, like they barely even try to meet code requirements. They did a real sloppy job, man. Now I gotta hire a real roofer to fix their mess. Don't make the mistake of hiring Baney, not even for a dog house roof! My advice to y'all is wait a bit before reviewin' any roofer. Some problems don't show up right away, but they creep up on ya later.

After my neighbors replaced their roof, due to hail damage that happened in 2021, I called *** from Baney Construction to check our shingles for hail damage. I was kinda unsure at first 'cause our shingles were only a few years old. *** went up on our roof, checked the condition of the shingles, and took pictures of the hail damage. *** worked with the insurance company directly. *** helped us through the claim process by explaining each step, helping with any paperwork problems, and talking to the insurance company for us. *** also came to our house a few times, like to check the roofing materials that were delivered, make some initial adjustments, coordinate schedules with the roofing crew, and get extra supplies during the installation. Also, the roofers from Baney Construction noticed that the previous roofers didn't fix the holes in the plywood when they changed the roof vents to ridge vents. There was an easy fix, and the roof got repaired properly. Once the roofing crew came to our house, they took off the old shingles and installed the new roof in two days. After the roof was done, they cleaned up all the roofing debris around our house. It's been 6 months since the installation and we haven't had any problems with the roof. *** also worked with the insurance company to claim any adjustments needed from the initial estimate. I would totally recommend *** and Baney Construction's team. It's always great to work with a local roofing contractor.

Baney Construction & Restoration, Inc. replaced my roof, gutters, and window wraps due to hail damage around six months ago. They left debris scattered all over my yard, and it took them a really long time to address the mistakes they made. Unfortunately, I now have water damage, and when I reached out to them, they informed me that there is no guarantee on their installation of the ice shield. It's quite disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior from a business.

To make matters worse, Baney Construction & Restoration, Inc. left the shingles overlapping the drip edge by more than an inch, and they only covered about half of the drip edge with the ice membrane. It seems like they used the least effective method possible when it comes to applying the water and ice barrier. They barely put in any effort to meet the code requirements, and even that was done in a very careless manner. As a result, I now have to hire a professional roofer to fix the negligence caused by Baney Construction & Restoration, Inc.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Baney Construction & Restoration, Inc. Their lack of professionalism and poor workmanship have caused me a great deal of inconvenience and additional expenses. I would strongly advise against using their services for any construction or restoration needs.

After a hail storm came thru Winnebago last year I hired Baney to repair the damage. I waited 6 months for them to start the job. They were supposed to re-roof the house and two garages, replace gutters, siding, etc. They put the wrong roof on my metal building and it leaks. They put the roof on my home and it leaked causing damage to the inside of my home. They reused old flashing and never replaced all the things they got paid for. They never replaced the gutters and downspouts, and never contacted me to set an appointment. But they got paid for it. Now I contacted a new gutter installer and they told me that the drip edge was never replaced. Now the shingles need to be taken off to install new ones. Overall, the job they did was no good, most of their work needs to be redone and they won't give any money back.
