I got a quote from *** at A&B Paving, and after getting two other quotes, I decided to give *** the job. On the day they were supposed to pave, *** came and measured again, saying they needed an additional $2,200.00. I explained that once I give a quote, I can't ask for more money later. It was frustrating. Then they contacted the ***, and instead of sticking to the original quote, he said he would split the mistake with me. So, unfortunately, I didn't get my driveway paved. It was a disappointing experience with A&B Paving.

A&B Paving, they did my driveway last year around this time. In the spring, I noticed a problem where a section of the driveway had sunk. I emailed the company to show them the area that needed fixing. I sent the email, but I haven't gotten any response despite trying to contact them through emails and phone calls. The company did mention that we were on their list for repairs, and they did send someone to inspect the work needed about a month ago. However, after they came and looked, they still haven't replied to my emails or calls.

They drove some heavy equipment onto my drive and grass, which was not cool. I called the company and got a call back from *** the foreman. He acted all surprised and said he would swing by later around 5pm. But guess what? He never showed up or even bothered to call. Last week, on July 02, I called the company again and they said Sam would get in touch with me. But as expected, he never bothered to call either. Now, my newly paved driveway has these big oily-looking tread marks and other marks all over it. Even after heavy rains and me washing it with a hose, these marks are still there.

On October 22, I got my paveway extended and redone by A & B PAVING ONTARIO CORP. They gave me a one year guarantee. But by June , just 10 months later, the driveway cracked real bad. I tried contacting the company many times, and finally, they said someone would come to check the crack. In August/September, someone came to inspect. Then, on September 13, I got an email saying: "We got the report from ***. When we're in the area, we'll come and fix it." But since then, nobody has shown up, and they haven't answered my calls or emails. The cracks have gotten worse, and now there are sinkholes appearing. It's a safety problem for my three little kids. They could get their foot stuck and fall. The company promised to send the owner on July 9, but he never came, and now they won't respond to my calls or emails. I really need some help!
