I reached provider Mary Crowell DO through the portal after blood work, looking so bad, I was worried. I reached out 3 times, with no response. I have waited 2 weeks for these results, and then the provider calls in sick the day of my apt. Now I work, and booked with appointments, and hard to reschedule, I am having blood pressure issues, and the person who called me today was very rude. And now I can't even get the results and help I need. I feel so unvalued here. I am very disappointed in how this has been conducted. I could have serious issues and now it will just be ignored. Why have a patient portal it you get no response. And I have to wait until when, to receive results and help I need. ?

Desired outcome: I want my results and options, It has been over 2 weeks now. Even if I have see another doctor. Not A PA A real doctor. My apt was scheduled today Sept 9, at 3:20.
