Plased order and it has never arrived! Tried calling just put on hold and not answered. Sent email, not answered.

I sent back unopened Juzo wraps and it's been a month and I still haven't received credit for my return. They haven't returned my phone calls or emails.

This company had great and fast customer service by phone who helped me pick the right product. The product arrived the next day. The website was great and easy to use.

Worst experience ever gettin a refund for a returned item. They acknowledged owin me the refund. But I had to make numerous follow-up calls to finally get my refund FOUR MONTHS after returnin the item. I do not believe I would ever have received it otherwise!

I ordered somethin' from Lymphedema Products LLC on August 24, but it's already September 24, and I still ain't got my hands on it. I done called 'em four times and left messages, but they ain't never bothered to call me back. This is really messin' with my condition 'cause I really need that product. The lack of response and service is makin' things worse for me.

I'm a repeat customer of Lymphedema Products LLC and recently bought compression socks on September 4th. However, I had some concerns about the delivery, so I decided to email their support team on September 21st to check on the status. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response to that email. Feeling a bit frustrated, I sent them another email on September 28th, hoping for a reply. To my disappointment, I still haven't heard back from them, and I haven't received any tracking information either. It's also worth mentioning that the phone numbers provided in their emails and on their website all seem to connect to a fax machine. This experience has left me quite dissatisfied, and I won't be purchasing from this company again. I would advise you to consider other options as well.

I placed an order on Jan 12 and was told it would ship in 2 days. It's now been 11 days and I haven't heard anything. No tracking number, no back order info, no email saying there's a delay. I checked the website for status or tracking, but there's nothing there. This is really unsatisfactory. The phones are a joke, why even have them if you can't talk to a live person? At this point, I wouldn't recommend them. If they can't fill the order, they should just tell me and issue a credit so I can move on. The communication is very, very poor.

I bought a glove from this company and it was the wrong size. I emailed them five times to sort it out, and they did reply once, but they didn't answer my question. They sent me proof that my original order was delivered and blamed COVID for not getting back to me after I mentioned contacting you.

I had a problem with this company on 10/15. I bought something that didn't fit, so I filed a ticket to send it back. But guess what? They haven't replied to me yet. It's been stuck on "Being Processed" since I put it in. All I want is to return the thing and get my money back. The ticket number is 73908, and the invoice and PO numbers are all jumbled up.

I returned an item on 6/29 and since then I have emailed 3 times and have called twice, but they keep saying they will give me a refund and nothing happens. They have the item I returned, but every time I call or email, they say they will handle it and nothing happens. I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.

I bought some compression wraps for my mom. When we got them, she found out they wouldn't work for her, so we decided to send them back. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times, but no one has responded. The phone is never answered, and the voicemail box is full, so I can't leave a message for them to call me back. All I want is a return merchandise authorization (RMA) to send the items back and get a refund.

I ordered a product from Lymphedema Products in early 2019. The thing I got was wrong, so I sent it back. But now, I keep getting lots of bills from them asking for $28.42. I've tried calling and emailing them so many times, but they won't respond to either. And now, they're saying they'll send me to a credit agency. I've never been sent to an agency before. I really need help fixing this problem, but I feel so powerless.

I bought a medical device worth over $500 from Lymphedema Products on March 24. They took my money but I never got the product. Trying to contact them to cancel the order and get a refund is impossible. Mr. Collin H doesn't respond to my voicemails or emails. This whole thing feels like a scam. I would really appreciate any help with this issue so that others don't fall into the same trap.

So, like, on April 15, I ordered these two pairs of Jobst for Men knee highs from Lymphedema Products for my hubby who has lymphedema. I paid $67.26 for each pair, which is kinda pricey, ya know? Anyways, the socks arrived on April 21, which was pretty quick. But then, on May 17, my hubby noticed a big ol' hole in the toe of one of the socks. Bummer, right?

I tried reaching out to Lymphedema Products twice by email, using the address ***. I sent the first email on May 17 and the second one on May 29, just to be sure they got the message. But guess what? I haven't heard a peep from them. No response, no acknowledgement, nothin'. It's like my emails disappeared into thin air.

All I want is a replacement for that one defective sock. I mean, it's not too much to ask, right? I paid good money for these socks, and I expect 'em to be in good shape. But it seems like Lymphedema Products doesn't really care about their customers. It's a real letdown, to be honest.

So, yeah, if you're thinking about buying from Lymphedema Products, I'd say think twice. 'Cause if something goes wrong, you might just be left hanging, like me.

I bought stuff worth more than $500 from this company. It took like 2 months to get the stuff. I had to send it back 'cause it didn't fit. I asked Customer Service how to return it. They said it might take 3 weeks to get a refund after they get the stuff back. I paid extra to send it back in 2 days so they'd refund me faster. It's been 3 weeks and still no refund. I emailed customer support a bunch of times and called 'em too. They never emailed me back and when I called, they said they were working on it. I don't get how they can take your money right away but take 4 weeks to give it back when you return the stuff right away. It's a lot of money to not get back. I had to buy new stuff and spend money again. It's really stressful.

I got my package today for order #*** in a *** box. The package was supposed to have 2 things: Juxta-*** Lower Legging HCPCS A6545 [Medium Short Right] - Qty: 1 and Juxta-Fit Essentials Upper Legging With Knee Piece [X-Small Short Right] - Qty: 1. But when I opened the box, there was only one thing: Juxta-Fit Essentials Upper Legging With Knee Piece [X-Small Short Right] - Qty: 1. I'm missing the Juxta-*** Lower Legging HCPCS A6545 [Medium Short Right] - Qty: 1. This is a big problem 'cause I need it for my upcoming trip and can't be without it for so long. I don't know what to do. It's gonna directly affect my health. I tried emailing, calling, using the chat, and leaving a voicemail. The chat says I'm #1 in line but never starts. It's obviously a scam. Nobody answers the phone even after waiting forever. I'm missing my item and my health is in danger. The email you sent says you sent both items. That's a lie.

On September 7, I ordered some stuff from Lymphedema Products LLC for $84.16. They took a long time to deliver it, and I finally got it on October 19. But guess what? I messed up and ordered the wrong thing! So, on October 20, I sent them an email asking for a return and refund. No response. I tried again on October 23. After a few back-and-forth emails with their returns manager, Tericia, I finally got some info about returning the items on November 10. I followed their instructions and sent the stuff back on November 12, just like they told me to. I even called them with the tracking info, but they didn't bother calling me back like I asked. They got the return on November 16.

I waited patiently, but on December 7, I emailed the returns manager again because I hadn't heard anything. She said my return was gonna be evaluated the next day. Well, December 18 rolls around and I still haven't heard squat. So, I decided to start a chat with them. The person on the other end said the returns manager told them my refund check was gonna be mailed on December 21.

But guess what? January 12, and still no sign of that check. So, I started another chat and this time I talked to a different person. They said the returns manager was gone and they would check with the president and get back to me real soon. They even gave me an email address and cell number to contact them. But surprise, surprise, they never got back to me. So, I had to bug them again on January 13 through chat. This time, a different representative told me the check was still being processed to be printed.

Honestly, this whole experience has been a real headache. I just want my refund already!
