I got charged for something I didn't authorize on October 14, 2022. I only pay for one med which costs $10. I've asked them many times to remove my bank card and not charge me without talking to me first, but they haven't listened. They charged me $80 which made my bank account go negative. I've been trying to contact them, but they haven't called me back. I'm really mad because I told them to let me know before charging my card, and I don't know what this charge is for. They won't get in touch with me. I worked hard for that money, and now I have no money. I'm a single mom and a disabled woman, and I feel like they took advantage of me. Can someone please help me with this situation?
