I am a distressed customer of your Godrej company. I bought an AC of your company on 23/02/2025 but I had to register a complaint of the newly installed AC itself as it was non-functional. I lodged my complaint on your customer helpline no on 20/04/2025 regarding non-functioning and E6 error in the newly bought AC. Your service agent visited my house on 23/04/2025 and took away parts from the newly bought AC. Now they are not even answering my calls. After several attempts I find out from the customer helpline no that the parts are out of stock. I want to know that how can a newly bought AC have defective parts installed and if so, why was it sold to the customer. The customer care representative whose job is to support the customer asks me why I did not check the AC before buying it. Also, they disconnect my call instead of escalating my concern. The service centre does not pick up any of the calls (Service Center No- [protected], [protected]). It is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour on your part.
I am highly disappointed in your customer service and regretting to buy your product.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue on urgent basis as I have senior citizen and a pet dog in my family who are suffering due to careless and irresponsible attitude of your staff towards the concern of your customer and it is also tarnishing your prestigious image.
Recommendation: Avoid Godrej products to save yourself from unnecessary trouble.
