I received a delivery confirmation but I did not get my order. When I saw the delivery photo it was a different door and porch. My door has a floral wreath on it. This one did not. Macy's would not issue a replacement or a refund as the person supposedly signed for delivery. I did not sign for it so who did? It does not appear anyone signed. The photo showed packages on the porch of this incorrect address. This order exceeded $100.
