I’ve actually ask them to remotely unlock my phone instead of doing it that way and then I wouldn’t want to refund, but they constantly are telling me that I am not getting a refund. I am doing it incorrectly. I’m using the wrong card etc. I even used to T-Mobile card that they told me to use and it factory reset my phone. I have use this service in the past and I’ve never had a problem but this time around they’re being real jerks and I really don’t know how to get around this and I want my refund back or just the phone to be unlocked and they’re not compromising. I’ve seen other complaints and I’ve seen other positive reviews and I do agree with some of the - ones because they are not nice for the customer service in the way they speak to people they accuse me of lying to them.
