Tried them out and so glad I decided on the small project prior to giving them my very large project. They are fully paid and they are holding back my deposit money refusing to release it. They also are not sending final code and documentation.

I would avoid this company with everything you can, pay more money and get real help.

Thanks to the stellar work by Chetuu, I can now report that my business is becoming a reality. And I'm not stopping now! I just had the worst experience with Chetu, it was a total scam. At the beginning, all their salespeople were enthusiastic and showed me examples of apps they had developed that were exactly what I needed. They have offices all over the United States and assure you that they have a team of experts to help you get your app off the ground. They convinced me that my app was going to be a piece of cake to create.

Once I signed the contract, everything changed. All those people who had been so nice and friendly were salespeople and they disappeared. Suddenly, I was dealing with someone in India who started from scratch and took forever to complete even the simplest parts of my app - it took five whole weeks just to make a menu screen!

Feeling utterly frustrated, I paid the invoice and canceled the project. That's when the real problems started. They charged me for 3 additional months and when Covid-19 hit, things got even worse. I got served by the New York Court, and Chetu claimed that I had defrauded them and had stolen their intellectual property. That was the last straw; I was under tremendous stress after losing my business to the pandemic, and now I may have to pay $20,000+ for work that I never got.

What a mess! I would never work with Chetu again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I advertised on Upwork, and they contacted me directly. I should have been wary of such cold calling tactics. If you're looking for an app developer, my advice is to stay as far away from them as possible.

Big ups to the folks over at Chetu for their amazing work with our company's Salesforce implementation. We've been grinding away with these champs since November 2019 and it's been a smooth ride so far. Chetu came to bat with us on two projects already and each one has been a huge help in boosting our business processes. They gave us some custom tools that make scheduling and managing our aviation student-trainer classes a lot easier, and they even beefed up our learning management system by seamlessly integrating our SAP Litmos LMS with Salesforce.

Chetu assigned a killer team for this project, including a talented dev, a leader of the pack, a project manager, and a top dog operations director. These guys are a force unto themselves and they've done a bang up job in giving me peace of mind. With their help I'm better able to use my own development and management skills, and that has been a blessing. We rely on Salesforce to manage our clients, schedules and payrolls and the fact that Chetu has been able to take our existing tools and make them more useful than ever before is a game changer.

All in all, they've been an invaluable asset to us here at the company, and I highly recommend Chetu for anyone looking to fine-tune their business operations. Keep up the great work!

Hoo boy, let me tell ya about my experience with Chetu (chetu.com). They were supposed to be all fancy schmancy and world class, rebuilding my website with newer technology and whatnot. But what did I end up with? A website with reused broken code wrapped into a vulnerable Wordpress website.

Now, let me give you some context. This project was supposed to take about 3 months, but it ended up stretching into 7-8 months. We thought we were being smart by having them bill us by the hour, and we were promised that it would be handed off to our own Technology department or person if we had one. But those hours just kept stretching and stretching and stretching, and when we asked for actual time sheets so we could see what was going on, they never provided them to us. We started to feel downright conned.

And then there were the problems. Fix one, and 2-3 more would crop up. We asked them to verify and test things before moving on, but that never happened. It was like hiring contractors to redo your kitchen in a 3 month span, and they show you the cabinets, fridge, and counters working separately - but once it's all put together in one room, you realize you're missing the fridge, the dishwasher, and most of the electrical outlets. And then they turn around and blame you for not providing the correct planning. Frustrating doesn't even begin to cover it.

Things got even worse towards the end. Communication was so bad that Chetu accounts remained in our system even after we tried to remove them. And then, to top it all off, one of those accounts was connected to the Wordpress system as an admin account. When we tried to get assistance from Chetu, they left us high and dry. We had to go back to the drawing board and redo most of what they had done, which put us back a whole year.

In short: stay FAR away from Chetu. They might talk a big game, but they'll just give you headaches and heartache.

I am super happy that we twigged up with Chetu. Back in Feb 2020, I was really pushin' my IT boss man to find some buds to program with. But, he was all like "nah, we should just hire some folks." Took us a few moons to convince him, but eventually we started lookin' for pals to program with. At first, we was really diggin' the idea of nearshorin' with this company called Wolox cuz of the diff'rent time zones. But then we found Chetu, and they work mostly durin' our time zone, so that was dope.

If you're relyin' on just one person, like your IT boss or CTO, without no other programmers who know your systems, you're straight up insane. I was definitely insane before I had breakfast with a fellow Entrepreneur in Feb 2020, and he was all like "dude, you need a programming partner for your IT guy." And thank goodness for him, cuz when my IT guy up and walked out on us in July 2021 without much notice and took all his knowledge with him, we would have been screwed if it weren't for Chetu.

We started rollin' with two programmers at Chetu in September 2020. Now, over a year later, we got six full-time programmers! And I can see us havin' 12 by this time next year. If I could go back in time, I'd partner up with Chetu sooner and put them in charge of production right away. Kirk King out.

These guys run one of the worst companies I've ever encountered. Just search for some other reviews online, and you'll understand why you wouldn't want to do business with them. The only exception would be if you're a ginormous company with tons of money and lawyers to burn for a potential lawsuit.
If you're still considering hiring Chetu, make sure you read their contract really well. And you're putting yourself in a precarious position, because if you don't pay them, they'll sue you, and it'll be in Florida. So you'll have to pay for a lawyer there, which won't be cheap.

One of the things that really grinds my gears about these guys is that they'll promise you one price for something, and then once they have you under contract, they start nickel-and-diming you to death. For example, when we first talked to them about developing an app, they told us it would cost around $16,000. But the final bill ended being more than $36,000, and the app wasn't even finished! Plus, it was filled with bugs and glitches. We ultimately had to go with a different company that was based in the US, and it only cost us $12,000. And the quality and timeframe were both so much better.

To make matters worse, they decided to sue us because we refused to pay for their terrible work. But we're not alone -- they've done this to hundreds of other companies. It's like they're trying to run a scam by enticing people to work with them, and then delivering a subpar product.

Really, do yourself a favor and read up on their reviews before making any decisions. If you're still reading this and haven't made a mistake we did, you're already ahead of the game.

So let me tell you about my experience with Chetu (chetu.com). They came to us with a sales pitch about providing a project manager, a team lead, and a developer for our project and ensuring that the work would never stop until the project was completed on time. We were sold, and the project seemed simple enough - we had an existing code that needed improvement based on a clear requirement. We provided them with a full range of documents and videos explaining the project, as well as having our own tech team on standby to provide assistance.

However, things didn't go as smoothly as we anticipated. They stated that they couldn't begin working on the project until we'd paid them and it would take 2-3 days to assemble the team to start work. We did so, but then there was radio silence from their end. We had to chase them up continuously to find out what was happening and when they were going to start work. To our dismay, 10 days later (not the promised 2-3), we were informed that the team was ready. However, they still had made no plan and provided no collaboration tools, leaving us in total silence. The only communication we got was sporadic ad-hoc requests for meetings at ungodly hours like 8PM and 10 PM!

We've had to set up our collaboration tools and organize everything for them, which we thought they should have done themselves originally. So we kept asking about when they would start development on the project. The response we kept getting was that they were 'analyzing the documents and setting up the code.' This continued for three long weeks. We thought, natural to ask for updates, this was utterly ridiculous. The fourth week, we decided to terminate our until-now terrible collaboration. To make matters worse, the account manager Tas Odud would not even respond to any of our emails!

When we demanded a refund as we received nothing from them, we were instead subjected to a barrage of aggressive insults from their President. It was stunning to see how unfazed they were by their poor service. Rather than offering any sort of apology, we were insulted. The attitude towards us made it obvious that communication was just a façade for them, and they only wanted our money. It's one thing to have disagreements, but the language and tone from their President were completely unacceptable and highly unprofessonal.

It's no wonder that we decided not to proceed with their services anymore. We felt disheartened, as it looked as if they didn't care for the task or customer satisfaction. If anything, we received the opposite of satisfaction. It's a shame they didn't disclose that they seemed incapable of meeting the deadline at first instead of going back and forth with the documents' analysis.

In conclusion, we would not recommend Chetu to anyone, given the way they operate. The level of disrespect and arrogance towards us as their customer is not something we want to see in any business. It's important to note that customers deserve to be treated with respect and honesty. While we did experience some promising moments during our collaboration, the end of the day was that we were left unhappy.

We worked closely with the folks over at Chetu for nearly four long years. Over that span, we got to know their development team (specifically frontend and backend developers alongside the project managers) quite well. We found them to be an industrious team that was always communicating. What's more, their "core" members were with us from the beginning to the very end, which was quite impressive and made for a great team dynamic. We were able to adjust our developer count depending on the needs of the moment, but at our busiest, we had four developers and two project managers handling everything (and that's not even including the quality assurance support team).

Our time with Chetu involved a series of projects that spanned multiple areas. However, the majority of our interactions centered around a large web-based project. Working with the team, we were able to create an entirely new system with well-functioning features and an incredibly detailed architecture. They even managed the version control for us until we brought those services in-house ourselves later on.

What we definitely appreciated the most about their service, and where their value truly shined, was in their astounding productivity. They were definitely hard-working, and we saw little resistance to getting things done quickly and efficiently. Additionally, they were always happy to please us, which could at times be a bit too accommodating, but it never deterred us from what we wanted to achieve.

All in all, the highlights of delivering our projects with them were their productivity, flexibility, and high level of communication. With their project management and adherence to structured processes, we were always confident in the work they provided. We made great progress on our software projects and are ever grateful for the high level of dedication and professionalism we received from Arvind and his team.

Their services were also affordable. Their project manager was included as a part of the standard contract, as was the QA support team, providing high value to the entire process. There were times when the quality assurance could have been tighter, but this was not often and was easily remediable.

We recommend them without hesitation, and if the need ever arises, we would be delighted to work with them again. So thank you, Chetu development team! We appreciate all your hard work and dedication to our software projects!

Worse than running through a battlefield with no armor, our experience with Chetu (chetu.com) will go down in history as the most disastrous and unpleasant encounter with a tech company. Unfortunately, due to legal obligations, we can't reveal any details that would let the cat out of the bag. Let's just say that we had to sign an NDA, which should ring alarm bells for anyone considering working with this company. Keep your distance and save yourself the headache. Take it from me, an anonymous reviewer who wishes to prevent others from enduring the same agony.

Okay, so I ain't one to write long reviews and whatnot, but I gotta warn y'all about Chetu. They'll promise you the stars and the moon, but boy oh boy will they let you down. Don't fall for their fancy talk about how skilled their team is and how quick they can get things done.

I had the misfortune of working with them on a project and let me tell you, it was a disaster. Every single thing they touched ended up breaking or was just plain wrong. And don't even get me started on the stuff they never even bothered to finish. It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to work on it again.

Save yourself the trouble and find someone else to work with. Literally anyone else. I'm telling you, you'll thank me later.

yo, i did some googling on this chetu place and let me tell ya, they got some serious lawsuits goin on. i looked up broward county clerk and did a case search and bam, 169 ex clients with similar stories all within the last five years. that's a lot of unhappy people, you know what i mean? and get this, they even try to sue anyone who posts a negative review! so you gotta be careful and read between the lines. do your homework, folks.

I don't know what to do, my project was supposed to be done in 6 months, but Chetu took a whole year and even asked for more money. They didn't even finish my project and left me high and dry. I tried to contact them, but they never answered me back. It's like they vanished off the face of the earth. If I were you, I wouldn't deal with this company. They're not dependable and they're dishonest. Go find another company to do your project, or you'll be sorry just like me.
