The bullier takes actions, stands in the offensives way, the offensives try to not start trouble, yet the person who has caused the bullying stands in the offensives way causing the target to become angry towards the bully. The target blocks the bully. Somehow the bully still contacts the target. The target and the bully were never friends or befriend. The offended and his or her friends only try to protect another friend from the harrassers. The bully stands in-between the target causing more trouble. The target ask the bully to consecutive, conquer, or not to dispute between players problems.The bully decides to report the deffentional targets by taking pictures and blackmail so that the person or thing whom receive the report will believe it to be the offended targets problem and not the one whom causes the dispute between players. Rules of the game continuously unprohibites disputes between players disagreements and that it does not get involved, yet the harrassers takes pictures and report the targets for unforseen manners of dispute. Bully, one whom causes the actions to cause a conflict between residents or tourist. They are not welcome to play. Why are they on the site. Today there was a 60% off sale on the Sea of Charms game so I took advantage and played it for a long time in order to earn charms and coins to go to the next level - Once I left the game and went into a charm party I noticed ~300 charms were missing - I went to support and spoke with someone in chat who basically told me to go and suck it! Wildly overpriced gems for charms that get used up in just a few plays.
I haven't paid a dime for Vegas World's hilariously overpriced gems and I never will. Even if you attend charm parties to get the maximum bang for your buck, those charms will be used up FAST even if you play on a moderate bet level.
I wanted to see how much you could actually get if you had a decent stock of charms, so I did an experiment. I saved all of my charms for 10 MONTHS. I had 100 golden jets, limos, yacht cruises, crystal lotus, etc... the most powerful and expensive charms in the game. Plus 1000s of osyters on the half shell, caviar, rainbow mushroom, teddy pair, bag of diamonds, etc.
I added it all up, and the total value of my gem collection was a whopping 3,428,450 gems. Some of those charms were gotten from parties, so let's divide that number by 8. You get 428,556 gems. How much money would you need to spend to achieve this amount of gems?
Vegas World's largest package of gems is 54,000 for $500. 45,000 gems for $500 if you don't have the 20% discount. So you'd need to spend approximately $4,000 real world dollars to achieve this amount of gems.
What exactly does that obscene amount of money spent on fake in-game currency get you? I tallied up all of my play time and spend a total of 6 hours and 37 minutes before running out of charms. I played on both moderate and high bets. I acquired about 18 billion coins in the process.
Approximately $4,000 for less than 7 hours of play time. You could squeeze out more play time by betting on the lowest amount possible, but you'd never get enough coins to level up and earn better perks. Let me put this as plainly as possible, THIS IS A SCAM.
I feel so sorry for the people with gambling addictions who played this game as an alternative and ended up getting suckered into paying hundreds or thousands on useless gems that buy you next to nothing in terms of charm value.
Don't spend a dime on this game, they purposefully make charms last for as little time as possible and inflate the prices of their charms to push you to spend your hard earned money. In the end you will not get very far no matter how much you spend. Play for free or not at all.
Desired outcome: Drastically lower the price of your charms or greatly increase the number of gems you get with each purchase.

Blackjack rigged
I can't believe how rigged your blackjack games are. You say it's random, but it clearly is not. There's nothing random about the dealer winning 80% of the hands no matter what cards the player has. There's nothing random about how the dealer always pulls a card just big enough to beat the players. I've seen more 19s, 20s and 21s pulled by the dealer with a 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 face card in Vegas World than I have in my 40 years of playing real casino blackjack. I came to this site for fun, not stress and frustration. You should update your software to be more fair to the players, you'd get more customers and receive less complaints.
Hey they just don't care about it. If you want to keep betting the maximum because you can't believe how brazen they are about cheating, the hula girl will just keep taking your money. Maybe up to 20 times in a row, and give you a pathetic shrug each time. If you happen to get into that program string with her the only thing you can do is stop. Come back later and maybe get into on of the more (I will only cheat you 2 out of three or 4 hands game with her). I have been playing 21 with hula girl for over 20 years. I still get a laugh out of it when I am bored and want to run my money down to nothing. Then I quit playing on the website for maybe a year or two.
Error on vegas slowing down pay out and the game.
Every time I go to play on Vegas I need to click on the inspect button, then the console button to clear all errors. You will see comments like too many errors to fix, block by the client (not me but Vegas), roll bar issues, and more. I tired of clearing all the issues and of course, there are hidden issues I can't see nor delete. I ask Vegas to totally delete my account as there is no uninstall and reinstall on vegas. Kitten of Doom states you can not delete all files from Vegas, but they can just close your account. You and I both know Vegas has tons of files that will remain on Vegas even though your account is closed.
These are the errors on 4/30/21 at 4:00 when I checked to see if the account had been closed. I cleared the console, the next time there will be more errors.

Desired outcome: There is no way they will correct all the errors and I'm many have the same problem but are not aware of it. Totally every single file deleted!
Three issues I'm having with Vegas World for the past several months
I am complaining about 3 issues i'm having with vw. 1st my level is 49 an according to the green bar once I reach 82, 981, 447 listed below my level I should be at level 50 my currently coin total is 85, 842607. My 2nd issue is when I play sea of riches game I always receive three or four champagne charms and this charm does not pay out any coin, however, I'm receiving this particular charm through out 8 to 16 hours of play. My last issue is that i'm an elite player and I only receive 20 to 40 thousand coin each day when I first check in on vw. I have call the customer service office in Seattle, Wa and according to your representatives ( Adam & Jennifer) i just need to deal with it or not play. What i'm asking for is fairness its appears that someone has place me in some type of section because I have call the customer service office on more than two occassions.

Everything with vegas world
Makes you wonder why you even have a site to file complaints against you let alone several of them. I would figure you would get the hint by now. I'm an avid player but never to the point of having thoughts of suicide. But I do relate on how some people would feel that way. Like myself, I throw myself into the game as to feel it's real in some circumstances. But reading the other complaints you have, I do feel the same frustrations. I have 2 accounts and considering to want to keep my sanity. I decided to cancel both memberships and boycott your site for life. Have a nice day :).
Again and again and again. I complained before of the so called obvious rigged set up you have in Blackjack game in VW. To prove my point I made 3 separate accounts with different names. I often was able to get my coin count to over 200m with no problem. Not playing blackjack of course. Then one day I wanted to experiment what I knew all along. I played the single player and played the maximum bet with 5 hands. As I predicted I lost very quickly. I'm not a regular card player to say the least but an avid player in most card games let alone blackjack. The dealer would often get 21 or 20 about 3 out of 10 deals. I used to get angry but now I laugh at your audacity to think you can fool people. I ended up losing on all 3 accounts in like 6 to 8 deals of blackjack. 600m coins lost just like that. All I wanted to say is I know the dealer in real blackjack usually has a 1% advantage. Your blackjack games has an advantage of well over 10% if not more. Why? You jeopardize your customers for this? VW sucks, rigged games, especially Blackjack. The MF'ing dealer gets more 20's then is logically possible, she gets "just enough" to beat the majority of players most hands. She also wins 6 - 12+ games in a row and I am very lucky to even win 2 in a row and forget about 3 in a row. The game is so rigged it's ridiculous and does not make playing at all enjoyable. I want to delete my account and they don't have a way to do it.
How anyone wastes any money on this site is way beyond my comprehension.

Unresolved issues
Flowplay has no issues taking hard earned real money from people but refuses to deal with issues on the side of the players. The help desk is nothing more then a filter with pat/scripted answers or responses to honest problems and losses the players are experiencing. Twice in 4 months I was given "the gold" tokens = 100 gems.. To play sea of riches. I was able to play the first gold token, but when I went to play the second, I was disconnected before I got a chance to even spin. I had refreshed before I entered the game, and had no choice but to refresh after being disconnected.. My second spin was no longer available. This is just one of the many malfunctions this game refuses to deal with. It matters not what game or party people are in.. They get booted from their own suites while hosting a party, have balances of gifts taken.
This may sound trivial, but the money the guests pay is real, they're not vw trinkets. It's a shame because it could be a fun site with many more spending a lot more... Sadly, that won't be me

the last month or so they have altered the slots to minimize payouts. instead of advancing in total winings. your starting total becomes smaller, free spins are worthless . these changes have convince me that this site is no longer trustworthy.

Just lost 200 millions on slots, no winning combos at all. Since a few days, no Free Spins or pay out in any slot games. Customer service asked me not to play the game. I am a spending member. Not expected from this game. [Proofs available at request].
Again I have just lost 200 millions on Detective Story, a slot game. I been playing since hours, and yet not winning anything. Free Spins in any slot are just not coming. What game makes you lose 200 millions straightaway. If this is not con, I don't know what else is. being barred for 72 hours
Hello my name in Vegas world is Addison Rose... I made a complaint for an avatar ironclad last night as he was being very mean to other players and very vulgaar and dirty... Nasty comment to other female avatars. When I blocked him it gave me an option to report him... So I did... And I was given a 72 hour ban on Vegas world for making false accusations! Another player also banned for 24 hours for blocking and reporting him (ironclad) I dont understand my accusations were not false and dont you have someone to check the chats to see what accusations are false as I am sure they're are some that lie but this guy was very very nasty and he is on and talking freely to othersright now as I can not... Can someone explain to me why that is... I really wish I had taken photos of his filth to prove what he did... If I could get a reply I would really appreciate it
This happened between the hours of 2am-5am on Tuesday morning if you can check his chat you will see that I am not making false accusations and would like to be reinstated please...

I have played on vegasworld for many years now and I have never seen the payouts on some of the games be as poor as they are right now--I have tried to talk to digmania about the issues but he blocked me because I finally got mad and told him what I really thought of him and his business model. seems like they think the motto is the customer is always wrong and that we are there solely to make sure they stay employed. the games I referred to above are in the bingo category-especially cha-chingo. I can play 20 games and the payback is 9.2 to 9.6% I played 10 games today and only once did I even make my bet back. that is a ridiculous payout ratio. I have tried to explain this time and time again but no one will even listen -they say stop playing the game. I ask why should I stop playing--it is nnot my fault the payouts are so bad-they need to take a look at the way they are manipulating the consumer into spending all kinds of cash on gems just so they can have a cushy life. they need to listen to us.
Not sure what the big deal is. This is called a social casino site. We all know that in order to make the fake coins here that you need certain things, charms! First, I have played for years on the site. With trillions of fake coins won. Came here to learn Blackjack so that I could play in real world casinos. Playing slots at even minimum bet with no charms yeld very little if any progress. From what I have seen. These games are designed to use charms which are bought with gems, which are bought with real dollars. So unless you are willing to dig deep. Progress will always be slow. After being here several years. I could see that game play would not do myself any good in real world play. It is what it is. A social site. A time killer.
loss of coins and charms
Four or five weeks ago when Vegas world pulled the high stake bingo game I had 77 charms and a bank of $70, 000.00 plus in coins. As of today I have not been reimbursed
for either. I have read blogs that state this company is nothing but thieves...I can verify these statements. I sure I'm not the only one robbed, so how can I report this to an agency able to to recoup stolen money.

I don't think the intent is to steal coins from anyone. 70, 000.00 plus in coins is not a large amount to lose. Connection problems seem to be the most common issues with missing coins. Losing connection during game play is not unusual. Happens to me all the time. But I do agree with the poster. Coins are free as well as charms. They are created for game play. Cost is nothing to flowplay. I see this as a no brainer for them. Pay up! Look me up... I'll give you back the 70k.

I have played on Vegas World for years. My computer began to disconnect me from site. So i purchased a new computer. I cannot get back into the site where I was Caring Angel, had 150 friends...over 6 billion coins and had just put $40.00 on my account and bought gems. I have several months prepaid...it is all gone. I tried everything and thatt site is just gone. I am disabled and this site was my fantasy life ttifyhat brought me joy.
The ridiculous site where they send me is a joke - i have few coins...no gems and no status. whereas I was VIP-Elite before. Unless Vegas World wants a campaign of me posting this complaint everywhere possible, they will rectify my problem...please!

I had my computer repaired this morning and I can''t get on the site. You said you would send me a new password and I didn't get it. My e-mail is different from my husbands and I have been on here for years. I go by Lil wABBIT and my husband goes by Hutch 51. I don't know what's going on. I tried to get on here to play slots and get my rewards this morning and it keeps asking me to sign in and it won't accept my address.
slot tournaments appear to be rigged
Customer Service is a joke. They don't care about customer complaints, nor do they take care of complaints. My biggest problem with this site is the same handful of people seem to place in the top 50 of all slot tournaments. They claim that they do nothing to decrease the odds of winning but they could not explain why the same person, with two different screen names but having the same profile, managed to win first place in four tournaments a few days ago. I'm not the only one who has this complaint, yet they don't seem to have an answer for much of anything.
I wrote to them with a similar complaint last year and received the same answer. My complaint at the moment is that I had to cancel my elite membership and now I place in the bottom of all tournaments I enter. I would cancel my membership if I could but VW doesn't allow for that.

when i logged off i had 8.8 billion coins...when i loged on i had 8.1...when i submit a ticket for review i get some bs answer that basic says im a liar...this is why i no longer buy gems from vegas world because this is not the first time i have been cheated and everytime it is always my pc faut...do the right thing and refund me my lost coins for once
