VegasWorld Payout on the games is to low

I have been playing this games for about three years and have had a good
Time. I also spent some money to get upgrades and was thinking it was a fair deal, to get some fun and also give a little to make it worthwile to be on this site.
However for some reason lately the payout on this games got to be very
Little. For example on the bonus spins there is almost no rasoable payout.
Why is this? It dont cost more for the site - but makes it frustrating if you have 10 spins and you get only a very little payout.
It would be nice to hear from you — why?

the last month or so they have altered the slots to minimize payouts. instead of advancing in total winings. your starting total becomes smaller, free spins are worthless . these changes have convince me that this site is no longer trustworthy.

VegasWorld vegas world - bugged slots and poker tables

Just lost 200 millions on slots, no winning combos at all. Since a few days, no Free Spins or pay out in any slot games. Customer service asked me not to play the game. I am a spending member. Not expected from this game. [Proofs available at request].

Again I have just lost 200 millions on Detective Story, a slot game. I been playing since hours, and yet not winning anything. Free Spins in any slot are just not coming. What game makes you lose 200 millions straightaway. If this is not con, I don't know what else is. As a spending customer, I have full right to recieve information and to ensure am getting treated fairly. I firmly believe your team is deliberately making me lose, probably taking out some vendetta for raising up basic claims.

Your game has left me very depressed and suicidal, we come here to just have fun. Which is impossible since every format of your game steals money, be it poker, slots or anything. I curse the moment I decided to play your cheat and dishonest game. Your team has caused me criminal breach of trust.

I also want to be refunded of every cent I have spent in this game. If you can't make me win by honest means even, then I don't wanna play the game any longer. I feel cheated. A copy of this e-mail should be treated as legal and I have recorded proofs of every previous interactions.

Your customer service is full of rude and arrogant people, who more want spending players to leave the game outright rather than to address the basic underlying issue. I have recorded proofs of them as such.

Please respond me at the earliest. I will be contacting more people at Digmania and if my issue is not escalated at my request appropriately, will have no other option but to take legal action with the appropriate authorities.

VegasWorld being barred for 72 hours

Hello my name in Vegas world is Addison Rose... I made a complaint for an avatar ironclad last night as he was being very mean to other players and very vulgaar and dirty... Nasty comment to other female avatars. When I blocked him it gave me an option to report him... So I did... And I was given a 72 hour ban on Vegas world for making false accusations! Another player also banned for 24 hours for blocking and reporting him (ironclad) I dont understand my accusations were not false and dont you have someone to check the chats to see what accusations are false as I am sure they're are some that lie but this guy was very very nasty and he is on and talking freely to othersright now as I can not... Can someone explain to me why that is... I really wish I had taken photos of his filth to prove what he did... If I could get a reply I would really appreciate it

This happened between the hours of 2am-5am on Tuesday morning if you can check his chat you will see that I am not making false accusations and would like to be reinstated please...

VegasWorld payouts

I have played on vegasworld for many years now and I have never seen the payouts on some of the games be as poor as they are right now--I have tried to talk to digmania about the issues but he blocked me because I finally got mad and told him what I really thought of him and his business model. seems like they think the motto is the customer is always wrong and that we are there solely to make sure they stay employed. the games I referred to above are in the bingo category-especially cha-chingo. I can play 20 games and the payback is 9.2 to 9.6% I played 10 games today and only once did I even make my bet back. that is a ridiculous payout ratio. I have tried to explain this time and time again but no one will even listen -they say stop playing the game. I ask why should I stop playing--it is nnot my fault the payouts are so bad-they need to take a look at the way they are manipulating the consumer into spending all kinds of cash on gems just so they can have a cushy life. they need to listen to us.

Not sure what the big deal is. This is called a social casino site. We all know that in order to make the fake coins here that you need certain things, charms! First, I have played for years on the site. With trillions of fake coins won. Came here to learn Blackjack so that I could play in real world casinos. Playing slots at even minimum bet with no charms yeld very little if any progress. From what I have seen. These games are designed to use charms which are bought with gems, which are bought with real dollars. So unless you are willing to dig deep. Progress will always be slow. After being here several years. I could see that game play would not do myself any good in real world play. It is what it is. A social site. A time killer.

VegasWorld loss of coins and charms

Four or five weeks ago when Vegas world pulled the high stake bingo game I had 77 charms and a bank of $70, 000.00 plus in coins. As of today I have not been reimbursed
for either. I have read blogs that state this company is nothing but thieves...I can verify these statements. I sure I'm not the only one robbed, so how can I report this to an agency able to to recoup stolen money.

I don't think the intent is to steal coins from anyone. 70, 000.00 plus in coins is not a large amount to lose. Connection problems seem to be the most common issues with missing coins. Losing connection during game play is not unusual. Happens to me all the time. But I do agree with the poster. Coins are free as well as charms. They are created for game play. Cost is nothing to flowplay. I see this as a no brainer for them. Pay up! Look me up... I'll give you back the 70k.

VegasWorld everything - unethical behavior

I have played on Vegas World for years. My computer began to disconnect me from site. So i purchased a new computer. I cannot get back into the site where I was Caring Angel, had 150 friends...over 6 billion coins and had just put $40.00 on my account and bought gems. I have several months prepaid...it is all gone. I tried everything and thatt site is just gone. I am disabled and this site was my fantasy life ttifyhat brought me joy.
The ridiculous site where they send me is a joke - i have few coins...no gems and no status. whereas I was VIP-Elite before. Unless Vegas World wants a campaign of me posting this complaint everywhere possible, they will rectify my problem...please!

VegasWorld computer

I had my computer repaired this morning and I can''t get on the site. You said you would send me a new password and I didn't get it. My e-mail is different from my husbands and I have been on here for years. I go by Lil wABBIT and my husband goes by Hutch 51. I don't know what's going on. I tried to get on here to play slots and get my rewards this morning and it keeps asking me to sign in and it won't accept my address.

VegasWorld slot tournaments appear to be rigged

Customer Service is a joke. They don't care about customer complaints, nor do they take care of complaints. My biggest problem with this site is the same handful of people seem to place in the top 50 of all slot tournaments. They claim that they do nothing to decrease the odds of winning but they could not explain why the same person, with two different screen names but having the same profile, managed to win first place in four tournaments a few days ago. I'm not the only one who has this complaint, yet they don't seem to have an answer for much of anything.

I wrote to them with a similar complaint last year and received the same answer. My complaint at the moment is that I had to cancel my elite membership and now I place in the bottom of all tournaments I enter. I would cancel my membership if I could but VW doesn't allow for that.

Paid for $6 for gems that I did not receive and $10 for a membership renewal that I did not get my avatar name is Stinkweed each time I submitted the money for gems or membership I received an email confirming the purchase but no evidence of purchase on the game email confirmations State that the money went yo Google flow play how do I retrieve the money from Google flow play and apply to my game on Vegas world

VegasWorld cheating

when i logged off i had 8.8 billion coins...when i loged on i had 8.1...when i submit a ticket for review i get some bs answer that basic says im a liar...this is why i no longer buy gems from vegas world because this is not the first time i have been cheated and everytime it is always my pc faut...do the right thing and refund me my lost coins for once

VegasWorld I logged back in on another computer.

I spent 2 days setting up windows 10 on a new computer. I logged back in and first it said my email and password didn't match, then I changed password and got in and they named me Prudence (which my screen name was Maude 3) all my gems were gone that I had bought (6.99) I did get my points and that is about it. I didn't get any of the perks I paid for and my Treasure box wouldn't open. I tried to contact customer support but that was futile.

VegasWorld be careful!!!

Don't waste your money here. To win something you should give them all the money have. This website is for those people who can't control themselves and waste thousands of dollars on crap like this.
I tried to play several times and once I even spent 50 dollars, but got nothing instead. Even though I often see how some people win a lot of money. But they are regular gamers there, no one knows how much money they've spent before they won something.
Be careful. It may be really dangerous for your mental health.

VegasWorld blackjack coins

Thank you Vegas World — I apologize, but I have a couple of things to mention I can't understand and (would like's).
1st I am being shorted when I buy protection against a dealer's Blackjack. 90% of the time it is 200, 000 coins or more, one time I seen a 50, 000 coin shortage and this happens everytime the dealer's ace up Blackjack appears.
2ndly, To buy coins one must use gems, I find though, I can't purchase gem with coins.
The 1st could be pretty disconcerting to anyone who has notice this. This is abuse to say the least, not mentioning the ramifications beyond the abuse. Where is the "good will" in the customer/owner relationship. There is none, in this instance. This is an electronic game and to hedge your bet, the temptation to rig the game is enormous. None of us are perfect.
For anyone in your position, it could be irresistible to squeeze the customer as quickly as you can to keep your sales up. It is a win-win-win situation, but for the customer?, well, who really care about them, their just an IP Address in vast electronic network.
Now, about the gems, so what, if a player wants to build a stash. If one decides to quit playing at Vegas World, you can reset that account after a reasonable time. Purchasing gems is like a savings account and anyone whose is a good player would have something representing his efforts.
The expectations here is using gems to purchase any of the levels that you offers, perhaps with gems or gems + cash, a user can buy his way into other levels, so some are rewarded, others buy their way in, and others will never be able to make the cut.
The important thing here is that there is no cheating going on, and if the game honestly favor the house, why would anyone want to deal of the bottom the deck. So what you think, you like folks to play yours game, or you do want to drive the "IP Addresses" away.

why aren't you answering peoples complaints?. I cannot log into my Vegas world account, I have 144 days in a row and don't want to lose out on prizes. I could not connect to town socket, could not initiate system info. and can not initiate payer info. what do I need to do. I am not the only one who has asked this question, please answer A.S.A.P.

VegasWorld last update on june 19th

When i signed on after the update tonight i was told to collect my VIP coins I still had 12 days left as of this morning when i signed on. What happened to my 12 days? The problems after updates are a real pain. chat slows down, games don't load. Getting very frustrated.
I would like my 12 days back please. Why does this happen all the time? And I'll be playing and all of a sudden I'm kicked off because it says your servers cant be reached. I'm not the only one with these problems. other people on the site have had the same issues. I would really like to see this resolved in a timely manner.

VegasWorld unethical behaviour

Since my last complaint of 5-1-2017 you tried to appease me with letting me win big in 3 tournaments, proof positive that this game requires no skill or luck and that the squeaky wheel gets the oil. So we are slowly getting back to where we were before . On tournaments you have me lose I sit in the same spot for the first 25 or 30 minutes of the game and keep getting set backwards as all the other players pass me. Then I slowly inch my way up to the end of the tournament in place number 75 or some such nonsense just anywhere that I will surely not be a winner . You have even gone so far as to be really mean about it and place me in #51 after an hour of play. I don't know what the agenda is with the same players winning all the time, maybe relatives or friends of VW employees. I actually have a couple of the same players sit and wait for me to catch up to them so that they can then jump ahead of me hahahahaha. This is all so ridiculous, why can't you just be fair about the play? I know someone has to lose and someone has to win but since you have taken over my outcome of every tournament ( as if you din't before my first complaint) you could at least not be so obvious about the unfair outcomes . I paid for a membership again this month to see if the new Vega World would be any better and of course I wasted my money AGAIN. What is with you people? This is all so childish. How can you run a business like this. ? I would appreciate a reply to this complaint from someone. If not I will pursue this further, I'm tired of you stealing my money, yes, my choice but expected not to be pissed off every time I play.

I have another complaint about Vegas World. On my settings for my account you can chose whether or not to have "instant friend requesting" on or off. I have been playing this game for a year and at first set it to "on" got a few requests from legitimate people or so I thought to friend. Then I started getting requests from either multiple people or the same creep all the time with sexually explicit names, whoever it was I guess thought I wouldn't recognize this but they continued so had to shut the friend request off. Tried again in another few months and again the sexually explicit names of accounts came up as a friend request. So I had to get rid of all friends since I didn't know who was just being creepy and who was legit. This needs to be addressed, I don't know if I am the only person getting these or if this is common place on this game. This is harassing and Vegas World should have some control over this.

VegasWorld corrupt

When I signed up for this scam game I gave them my card details. That was very foolish of me, but I can't change anything.
VegasWorld charged me without my permission and I never allowed them to take my money. I'm extremely angry and will leave this site even if they refund me, but I'm not sure about that. I sent them two messages asking about my money but they did not reply. Stealing my money was not a good thing to do! Avoid!

I was playing the Fringo BBQ Cruise, and the last thing I needed was to complete lines 4 and 7 first. Makes sense. So I thought I did. Apparently, I didn't. So tonight, 11/12 completed, I went back to make sure I needed 4 and 7. Now I need lines 2, 8 and 14! I really thought that was BS, but I played along. I completed lines 2, 8, and 14 twice! Still no reward! Also, VW gave me a reward for something I've already completed. I believe it was about getting a double Fringo w/fireworks. But, when I checked my profile earlier, like I said, I had completed 11/12.

VegasWorld they started to steal from me

People, beware and don’t provide your personal info to the scammers from the website www.vegasworld.com. I played on this website and provided my card number, but after that these scammers started to take money from me. I was really upset and tried to stop it, but they ignored all my emails. I cancelled my card already, but I wanted to get all stolen money back. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

holdem poker sends me all in no matter if I call or check. Several times a day I lose millions of points over this. Please look into it or I'll be forced to move on

I had 3000 Disco Balls. I only had 5 types of charms, so when i went to view my charms, imagine my shock when the Disco Balls had disappeared.

VW claims this cannot happen, they state it is impossible.

Yeah well, when they reset their databases, they took my charms with them. I have filed a complaint with BBB about this dishonest practice.

One thing that I have noticed. Questions asked. When you aske the questions of ones that are supposed to have the answers, but they have no clue to what goes on in VW. How would you ever expect a correct answer?
The silliness of it all. No wonder players gets upset and angry with Flowplay and VegasWorld. VegasWorld is full of mistakes.

I think most players come here with true issues with Vegasworld, But for all of that. I think it's a pretty cool site... We seem to only speak up about things when things go wrong. I've been playing for 7+ years. In that time I have seen many things.. I have found so many things. Things most players see but never ask why is that a certain way. I for one enjoy the site. The games are what they are. Free time killers. Myself, I was never into the big social aspect of the game. Came here to learn Black Jack. The games are not true to real world play either.. Neither is shooting other players with a fake gun. So, where would you spend all of your fake coins anyway? I've read somewhere that over 7 million people play on the Vegasworld site. I guess it's possible. But don't think so. 7 million ppl [censored]ing and complaining.. No wonder nothing gets fixed... I truly love the site... DO YOU WANT TO PLAY A GAME? I love that line as well.
Lets make an Avi. The purest will gasp...Oh no, ones enough for me... Let's look at things.. Things that we all see so clearly, but never truly see. Let's not [censored] and whine about 6 dollars...Lets have fun...

So many things here, could be so many things... I have the same issue when using Edge as a browser... Even though you change the logon...When refreshing as we often do, Browser reverts back to another logon...I delete history, including passwords, then relog... I use many browsers... Have tried lots...Have many friends that use different browsers... Seems what works fine for some, don't for others...

VW was fun when I started, now it's a humiliating experience. I have spent $$$ on this site and I can tell you once you do that you become a victim. They are munipulating arrogant criminals. I plan on submitting a complaint to the Attourney General.

Why? This site is free to all... I spend as well... But only suckers spend big bucks...I do agree, many things on the site are not right... My biggest problem is the people that play the game. Some of the most nasty people I that I have ever met in my life. With a few nice one mixed in... I think you need to rethink your game play... The games are in most part based on using Charms... Slots are the biggest suck in... I play with and without... Without, you go no where... I take my billions from the game without charms mostly...I use slots only to level up... Now that I'm a level 60. No longer play slots...No need for charms now...Now comes time for the big fake coins to come rolling in... Laughing...RETHINK your game!
