I wanted to buy a firearms with my girlfriends credit card and I couldn't because it wasn't under my name which was reasonable, I asked them if my girlfriend can come in and purchase a gift card for me to get a gun and they told me they had to run a background check on her because I told them she was buying the gift card for me so technically that is my gun...

I purchased a shotgun online from Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore. (the online name for Vance Outdoors) It was sent to the FFL dealer near me and I failed my background check, so now I need to return it to them with a refund. The FFL dealer needs Sportsmans Outdoors to send a return label to send it back. This is required by law. I have called their toll free number and left a message twice, and sent 3 emails over a 4 week span, with no response.

I ordered a firearm on order #: *** on *** for $325.49. Due to it not shipping, I cancelled the order after almost 2 weeks. I can see through their portal the order is cancelled but its now been several days and I still don't have a credit for it.

Vance Outdoors I paid for ammunition from them

I paid for ammunition from them. I was told that the ammunition I was sold was for Law Enforcement only. I have spent 15 years in Law Enforcement but apparently the do not consider corrections officers to be LE enough so I canceled my order. It was 2 weeks ago and I still have not been issued a refund. I have sent numerous emails and gotten no response. I have also tried calling them directly only to get a message to send them an email (that they don't answer) My order # is ***, placed on 3/20 for

I placed an order, and the order came in complete. I have contacted them thru their customer email, which their gave me a case #. their first response was, that she would send it to the warehouse for review. I have been trying to find out the status and all I get is the run-around with question? the last to request have not been answered.

I ordered a pistol 6/4 from Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore (owned by Vance), which was shipped and delivered to my ffl. *** I changed my mind about the gun and contacted them shortly thereafter through the website to have the gun sent back for a refund. I did not complete the transfer. I never received a response back. I tried all day for several days to contact them by phone and no one answered. I've emailed multiple times through the website with no response. Today is July 29 and I've yet to hear anything from them.

I ordered a 38 special double barrel handgun from Sportsman Outdoor on 11/3. They shipped by gun to a gun dealer in Minneapolis. Shipping Address:*** Per Frontiersman this s specific style gun isn't legal in Minnesota, so they returned it to Sportsman Outdoor. I have tried to contact via phone and left 6 messages and emailed them 7 times. To date no response. Sportsman is blaming the lack of response on COVID -19 which I can agree with some. However, it shouldn't take 4 weeks for a response , really need your assitance.

I notice that my order is currently in Status: Order is being processed. And hasn't been shipped to my local FFL Shipping Method: ***. I sent an e-mail in regards to the status of the order, no one has contacted me. Vance Outdoors Placed an online order for Smith and Wesson .40 caliber handgun model number 180020 on 9/23

Placed an online order for Smith and Wesson .40 caliber handgun model number 180020 on 9/23.
I realized it was the wrong desired model and cancelled the order through their website and account I set up. My card was immediately charged 423.99 for product and tax. It stated to allow 3-5 days for cancellation, it has been 8 days. Once I cancelled my order my account information for said order was removed by the company along with my order number information.
I've sent two correspondence, one E-mail and called and got no response (least a voicemail).
The only record I have left is my receipt from VO online and my receipt of PNC bank transaction.
I would like to know if the order was in fact cancelled and why my account has not been made whole or are they sending the firearm to designated FFL dealer.

Vance Outdoors I placed an online order, and created an account on ***

I placed an online order, and created an account on ***. I did not receive an email confirming the order. They did immediately take $84.79 from my checking account. I called and was placed in a waiting que. After waiting, it flicked me back to where I started. I called back, waited, and it did the same thing again. It sounded like I could leave a message, but am unsure if it did. I logged on the account I created with them, and did not show any indication that an order had been created. I left two emails from the account log in, asking them to contact me. On ***, I repeated this process. More calls, and more emails, but still no response. I cancelled my debit card just in case. The bank said I would have to wait 30 days, and then go through a process where I may still not get my money back. After going through this, I saw numerous review complaints that sounded very familiar.

Vance Outdoors I purchased 2 boxes of ammunition order number *** from the website ***

I purchased 2 boxes of ammunition order number *** from the website ***. *** said they delivered it 7/11 and dropped it at the garage. There was no package at the garage. I called *** and they said according to the driver they dropped it at the garage. My wife was home all day and we have 3 dogs that bark when someone pulls in the driveway. She said no one showed up and there were no packages delivered. All deliveries are left on the porch so I thought it was odd that they said it was left at the garage. *** said I needed to contact the seller. I have filled out the online form, sent an email, and left 2 messages, and heard nothing in response. I suspect that *** delivered it to a garage, just not mine, but since I did not select *** as the deliverer that should not be my problem. I am extremely disappointed that I have not even received an email being that I am a customer that paid for a product I did not receive.
