Have placed 3+ orders so far, fast shipping and delivery. Best pricing, I have found around. Other places might have similar pricing but with ammo +, you can't beat the deal and the quality products.

I recently made a purchase on Target Sports USA (targetsportsusa.com). On the 21st of December 2020, I decided to purchase 3 cases of 223 Winchester ammo. However, just an hour later, I received a notification saying my order had been cancelled. Surprisingly, Target Sports USA reposted my order - but at a double price!

This was quite disappointing, and I believe that Target Sports USA should have honored my original purchase and sent me my ammo for the price I paid. Pleasing the customer should always be the priority. It is always understandable when an item sells out, but in this scenario, Target Sports USA cancelled everyone's order to resell at a much higher price, which is unacceptable in my opinion. I urge others to not shop at this retailer with such shady practices. With the way they are price gouging, it's unfair to the customers.

Despite my experience, I hope that Target Sports USA will revise their tactics and come up with a better solution to satisfy their customers' demands. This way, shoppers will find it much more convenient to make purchases from them without feeling like they are being cheated. By doing so, they can win back the trust and loyalty of their customers.

So, a while back, I decided to order some ammo online from Target Sports USA. Seemed like a decent enough idea at the time. However, things quickly went south. After waiting a whole month, I only received 2 out of the 4 items I ordered. As if that wasn't bad enough, there was also a membership fee charged to my credit card, even though I didn't want or sign up for any membership! It was a pretty hefty fee, too - $150 for just two boxes of 50 38 special Ammo. That's not cool, man.

I tried to call Target Sports USA to sort things out, but no one was answering the phone. I eventually got an email, but all it said was that they couldn't refund my membership fee. What a bunch of scam artists.

All in all, this was just a terrible experience. There was false advertising, poor service, and complete dishonesty. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this company again.

Unfortunately, I only got to use it one time before the ammunition shortage happened, which was out of their control, but it seems reasonable to expect some kind of compensation or discount since the membership became practically useless. I was also disappointed to see that they hiked up the prices of ammo like most other companies during this period, like Cheaper Than Dirt for example. It's too much to bear and I don't think it's fair. I don't plan on returning to Target Sports USA in the future.

So, I recently took the plunge and bought a Prime membership from Target Sports USA. The reason being that it offered free shipping which was a big factor in my decision. However, my excitement was short-lived as I discovered that the ammo I was looking for had been out of stock for a month! Being an avid shooter, I checked their website every day hoping for it to be replenished to no avail.

I decided to give them a call and inquired about the situation. The customer service rep informed me that they do get new stock of ammo every day, but it sells out almost immediately due to high demand. I was frustrated and disappointed as I had paid for privileges that I couldn't even use! I explained my predicament to the customer service representative hoping for a resolution, but alas, there seemed to be no solution. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was told that they don't give refunds! You can imagine my irritation and incredulity at such an absurd statement.

All in all, I was very dissatisfied with my experience with Target Sports USA. It's a shame that they lost a customer for life due to their lack of responsible business practices. I just hope that other potential customers do their research and weigh the pros and cons before making a purchase. It's always better to be safe than sorry, isn't it?

TargetSportsUSA.com rocks! I couldn't believe the top notch customer service I received from them. It was like they actually cared about my order and they didn't make me feel like just another number. One of their reps, CJ, went above and beyond to assist me and I really appreciated it.

Their prices are unbeatable and to make it even better, they're one of the few online sellers that legally ship ammo to my residence. It's so frustrating when other websites just won't make that extra effort to get my orders to me. But thankfully, TargetSportsUSA.com understands my needs as a customer and make it happen.

TargetSportsUSA.com is the bomb! They sell bullets and stuff on the internet, but they are not like those other people who act like they are too good to answer questions or be friendly. I buy stuff for my store and for myself, and I gotta say the delivery is quick like a bunny running from a fox. The other day, they even sent me an email talking about how they were gonna move to a new place. I thought that was pretty cool, because who else would let me know what is happening with them? Their new space must be awesome because they needed more room, and that's good for business. I am a big shot charter member of this gun club, and everyone there buys ammo from TargetSportsUSA.com too. I get all kinds of ammo like for my pistol, my rifle, and my favorite 50BMG. I wanna say thanks a lot to all those guys and gals who help me out with my shooting hobby. I am glad that their move is done, and I hope they got their offices all set up and stuff. I went into the Target Sports USA website (targetsportsusa.com) to buy some ammo on the Friday, November 27th, 2015. The site told me my package would ship that day if I made my purchase within the next five hours. I, of course, made my order. However, when no update on my FedEx shipping info had appeared even by the Sunday, November 29th, 2015, I decided to email Target Sports USA.

I didn't get a reply to my email at all, so I called them on December 4th, 2015. They gave me the tracking info finally but, to my surprise, said it would only go out that morning. I was lied upon to when I made my purchase and this wasn't made rightful at all.

To compensate for the problems, I decided the best thing I could do was file a complaint at the Better Business Bureau (BBB). So I did that. However, when Sam Delmic replied, he said that they have now blocked me from ordering from them in the future! I laughed at the audacity. He added that he had picked and packed my order that morning only because he saw my BBB complaint. The way I see it, ASAP would have been when he sent me the tracking info on Sunday. He clearly didn't take it seriously enough before, so why should I believe him now?

The evidence speaks for itself: this business doesn't seem interested in its customers at all. It engages in wildly unethical bait-and-switch tactics and false advertising. The customer service is just plain unprofessional, and it doesn't deliver on promises that it makes. I mean, if you tell me it's shipping today, then ship it today. It's not that hard. Target Sports USA's service is frustrating and why would I buy from them again if they are going to treat me like they did? Think twice before giving them your money.
