Valero review: refusing to take used motor oil

I had taken my used motor oil to this Valero for correct disposal of used motor oil. The attendant inside was very rude and refused to give me his name. I told him it is NY state's law for a gas station service center to take in used motor oil. He told me to bring it home, throw it in the garbage or dump it in my backyard. I told him this is not the right way as it will cause pollution. I was at the gas station today on May 24th, 2015 at 2:35PM. I have pictures to prove it.
