We've been tryin for months to get some of these issues fixed but it falls on deaf years. They seeded the front yard but left rocks all through the yard. There are open outlets outside with no covers like it's supposed to have. The drawer bottoms are splinterin and there are too many paint flaws. I gotta buy a kit to touch up myself and if that don't work, I'll have to hire a painter. There are deep scratches in the floors and scratches in the bathtub from tools bein left in there. The garage door is damaged with a broken window. The lace ceiling in the master bedroom needs fixed and there's a crack in the concert patio that's gettin longer. The frame is comin off on the back door and they damaged the gutter when they were fixin the leak. They charged us for a redo when they painted with the wrong paint. I clearly stated all FLAT paint on the walls. It's noted on the deco sheet. They argued that it's trimscaping. WRONG. It's wainscoting and I said all walls Flat. Trimscaping is a term used in Yard Work and for ***.

I just had my house built last year. For the last 6 months, I been dealing with the roof leaking into the garage. I had to contact them 4 times about this issue. The first 2 times they didn't do anything to fix it. The 3rd time they put caulk in a hole they thought was causing the leak. The last time they said they would contact their subcontractors to take off the shingles and fix the problem. But they don't want to check the insulation and wall for mold. I got black mold growing on the drywall in many places. They told me to just put a dehumidifier out there. I shouldn't have to run a dehumidifier 24/7 in a new house to stop mold. I want the mold gone and the problem fixed right. I emailed the owner but never got a response to fix the issue. I also want them to fix the warped closet door.

My wife and I bought a house from Granite Ridge Builders, Inc. and we did our final walk-through on May 14. Tim ***, the project manager, told us that our yard would be completely finished by the time we closed. However, when we closed on Friday, Aug. 6, 2021, nothing had been done to the yard. I'm on disability and I tried to work with them on the issue, but didn't get anywhere until the middle of August. The company they hired to do our yard work only came out for 2-3 hours a day. They acted like they were working on the yard about 4 times, but then we didn't see them for about a week or so. They came out while we were gone and acted like they seeded the yard and threw straw on it. When I got home and looked at the whole yard, they had only seeded heavily around the house and patios. I raked the straw back and found piles of seeds in multiple areas. I rented a tiller and did the whole yard myself, seeding it and covering it with straw. I spent over 60 hours of labor and $300 on rental and seeds. I have more to say, but I'll stop here.

We closed on our house on 7/1 and we told GRB about a vinyl plank that popped. GRB sent someone to fix it. After we closed, we contacted GRB on 8/30 because the same plank popped again. We also noticed other planks popping. GRB sent someone to fix it on 9/10. When he came, he saw moisture on the plank and concrete. He told GRB and took pictures. GRB agreed there was a moisture problem and gave us a dehumidifier. They fixed the planks later. We called GRB on 11/9 because more planks were popping. They fixed it on 12/20. On 1/19/22, we called GRB again because the planks still didn't stay down. They thought removing the trim might help. They came on 2/23/22, removed the trim, and fixed the planks. On 2/28/22, we told GRB that the same planks and more were popping. GRB said it was the installer's fault and they would send someone else. On 3/9/22, someone else came to check. They found moisture on the planks and concrete. They suggested another test, but GRB ignored it. They had IMI concrete come without even looking at it. The issue is still not resolved.
