Bath & Body Works Direct

I just placed order #[protected] which shows a cart subtotal of $49.75 plus shipping of $6.99 and taxes totaling $3.12 for what should be a total of $59.86, BUT I was charged $140.86 which is $81 more that I should have been charged. I tried talking to a live agent but was told they couldn't find my order (yet I was already charged), when I asked to escalate the issue to a supervisor I was told one was not available, when I said I would wait for one I was told one won't be available. I then asked for the agents name to which I was told "Max" (which I doubt is correct) and when I asked for a employee or operator number I was told that they were unable to provide that information due to company policy. I then tried to reach out via chat and after provideing the same information my order was found, yet they insisted I was just charged twice and would be refunded in 3-7 days. I explained that if they do the math I was not charged twice, I over charged about $40 over double. I provided a picture of my cart showin this information and they then said that I was doubel charged AGAIN and disconnected the chat. I was able to quickly print out the chat so I have proof and would like to have a discussion with a manager who can fix this issue
